Another beautiful board, Mike. Either you're receiving suitable pay for a board such as this or it's just a labor of love. Either way, beautiful work. Love your video style.
Well, it covers the cost of tools and electricity, but I enjoy making these, especially when the client challenges me to do something that I've not tried before. That's what pushes me to learn new things.
Played chess for over 50 years, love to see these boards, i cant afford your services but would love to see a, 4 section chess board with the magnet idea and minimal if any surround, very compact with a bag of pieces, ideal for a ruck sack on the train to the chess tournament!!!!! Great work
Wow! Beautiful. I was surprised how easily the logo split in half by scoring the epoxy. I would have thought you needed a piece of paper between the two halves of the board in order for the epoxy to release without chipping or cracking.
I wasn't sure how well the two halves were going to come apart, but it wasn't too hard at all. It definitely helped to have painters tape to separate the two halves before applying the epoxy.
Magnifique travail !!!! je suis jaloux 😤Mais de toute façon, je ne sais pas jouer aux échecs 😝 Très belle musique reposante et qui accompagne bien la création de ce superbe objet !!
As always, beautiful job, please, next time when you do glue, remove the board you dont know how i was worry about glue drop on the boards, sorry my english not good but i try
@@ConnorRockwell-u6z I believe Laguna has changed their models since I purchased mine. Mine is a Laguna IQ, but if you look on their website now, I believe the one that I have is more or less equivalent to what they now call their Creator Pro Desktop CNC router.
@@Monkey_Snot If I was producing these commercially, I would need to do that, but you're allowed to use a trademarked logo for creative/artistic purposes, just the way that movies might include a scene with a business name without getting permission. I put a statement in the description of the video to explain that I'm not affiliated with nor endorsed by the hockey team.

It never gets old.
Excellent job as always. I admire your passion in explaining step-by-step the process. Thank for sharing.
What a pretty chessboard. It would actually be practical as a folding game board if it was 1/3 of the thickness.
Such beautiful and clean work!! Nicely done!
That sycamore looks great.
Nice to have you again Mike
Very nice and beautiful, i hope it is expensive when will i be able to have it.god bless
Whoa.....that board deserves a .....WOW!
More of this. Although, I've watched you from the beginning and liked whatever it was.
A gift for a lifetime!
I accept, of course.

👏👏👏👏👏
I like it

Great job no question about that. I don't like that logo tho. How much does such a board cost, please?
Great craftsmanship. The board is too nice for a travel chess board. I do not see the connection of chess and hockey, so there is a disconnect there.
Awesome! I love watching you create. How much or can I contact you on price, or how can I contact you?

Sir how much is that chessboard

I understood perfectly! And, yes, I noticed that too when I was editing the video. 🙂
What cnc system do you use?
It's a Laguna IQ that I have (24" x 36")
would you mind sharing the model? Am just looking into them and am always impressed with yours throughout your work!@@Woodumakeit

So, did you get a license to use their trademarked logo? Cause there is registered trademarks on NHL and/or NHL team logos. Same with NBA, MLB, NFL.
