His BAC was 0.227%; with a BAC that high it is likely he will serve at least some time in prison. Downplay it all you want, the korean police don’t care and they will continue to release information regarding an ongoing CRIMINAL investigation. @@carmenavalos9321yeah I don't think people understand just how high of a blood alcohol content that is. That is black out levels. At .25 you are at risk of alcohol poisoning. Some people are saying that the police are lying about things, but I don't think so. That is such a high number it's almost unbelievable, if they were going to lie I think they would make up something more believable. I think he needs alcohol treatment.

I agree he needs treatment, especially if he can drink that much and still somewhat be conscious.
