- HULLO THERE. I have been pretty productive clearing the backlog today so why not upload two videos in one day? This one's a bit more vloggy talky than the previous travel vlog. I rarely like to include my voice in vlogs because I really dislike the way it sounds on record and I'm usually sick most of the time so that makes it x10000 worse. But in 2017, I want to appreciate every little part of myself, much much more.
This is a peek at what prom looks like in Singapore. Quite different from what you (I) would expect of a typical American (or anything similar) prom or formal dance. Usually, it just includes a sit down dinner with an evening line up of lame table games and activities to keep the teenagers from fully running away or falling asleep. Having gone for prom in both secondary school and JC (junior college), I can attest to you that prom is really about the people you are with and the memories you make. No need to spend lots of money on clothes and all that, hey you could just not go to prom and enjoy with people you love (under a better budget for sure). In any case, I fully enjoyed this prom too, even though I might have seemed slightly underwhelmed.

Any tips on where to go prom dress shopping in Singapore?
Terra Young honestly most retail shops are over priced! So I recommend Zalora especially since you can refund most if it's not to your liking.

not too sure about that! but i think it would be for the individual school (i.e. design, engineering) within the poly :)
Is it true that only good schools have proms?
nope not true! most schools in Singapore try to have prom/some sort of celebratory night for graduating seniors!!... but sometimes the turn out just isn't very good so they end up cancelling it 😅
So is this ur secondary or jc prom?
