- Venison backstrap is one of my all time favorite pieces of wild game to eat! Sometimes this piece of meat can be intimidating to cook since you only get a limited amount with each deer harvested. This recipe takes the guess work out of it and leaves you with a perfectly cooked backstrap every single time!! Follow this recipe and add your own twist for a perfectly tender backstrap that will melt in your mouth!!
Nice video, thanks! Love sous vide, I would do 129 it give a little insurance when searing. I also like cast iron with a little more butter/garlic for searing.
