I’m sure all of these guys will fight anybody…they’re fighters and that’s what they have done all their lives. The issue is that there’s no big money in a Matias fight…so no one is lining up to fight him. No one wants to fight the riskiest fight out there without getting a big paycheck. Casual fans don’t even know who Matias is so it’s a small money fight.
Matias has been hurt against lesser opponents and he’d be right in front of Lopez. I’m a big Matias fan but I know he hasn’t faced opposition like Lopez. Now Haney doesn’t have the power or ring generalship to keep a Matias off. A jab and feints won’t stop Matias. I see Matias with a brutal knockout of Haney and in reference to Lopez speaking about PR, I’m PR and I saw that interview. He meant that the PR fighters nowadays cannot compare themselves to the legends of the past like Gomez, Benitez and Tito. They do not have fighters like those legends in PR now. People need to stop making something out of nothing.
@@juliorivera1354 Welp we don’t know the greatness of Matias yet. Sure he’s been buzzed, but so have a lot of great fighters. The level of his greatness will be revealed when the big names decide to fight him. Don’t assume what he is until you see him against the top guys, who so far have not been anxious to fight him.

Teofimo only looks explosive and athletic against Flat Footed fighters, Sandor Martin, Kambosos, Lomachenko (2nd Half), and Ortiz, all have varying levels of athleticism and Footwork , that neutralized Teofimo’s athleticism and ability to create opportunities for counter punching. Matias has a good chin, and he’s powerful, and Matias will come forward and engage, I think Matias stops Teofimo between 7-9 rounds

I got Teo, Matias hasnt fought anyone of note and will walk onto Teo all night its a perfect fight for him , If I were Teo after looking so bad with movers I would go for Matias right away.
Be careful what you ask for. Teo has looked bad against guys who are not top guys. And, he has shown that he cannot adjust mid-fight when his gameplan isn’t working. It will be an entertaining fight, but it would shape up to be the toughest fight of Teo’s career. Matias is a destroyer who breaks his opponents down mentally and physically round by round. And, his pressure is not sloppily applied.
@@richardcollins2622 He looks bad with movers and the Kambo fight was something wrong with him, Matias is destroying ordinary fighters I think the top shelf of the division will handle him, it makes a huge difference when its a real class guy as an opponent Matias is yet to fight one, I wouldn't put too much stock in beating low level guys impressively.
