How to beat Pest Control HARD MODE on Ajpw! (No Upgrades)

One more thing, I’m editing this on 4/13/20 and I know this strategy isn’t as efficient as upgrading your animal plant things. I am not going to post another version of this video unless I see a bunch of people asking. Thanks for reading the description.

I’m adding this section for 2 common complaints about this video.
C: The video is way too fast!
A: Try making the video playback speed something slower. If you don’t know how to do
that, click the three dots/video menu, click playback speed, then choose a speed slower than “Normal.”
C: This video didn’t help
A: neither did your comment, if you have nothing good to say, don’t bother saying it at all.
Remember, if I’m going to fast (Ik I am) you can always set the playback speed to sower than normal. If you don’t know how to do that, click the three dots, and then click playback speed. I think 0.5 works best. The tutorial’s actually start is 1:05 .

The point is it for it to be hard. What's the fun in everything being easy. The point of the game is to read the hints and strategically place each defense.

This does work! I recommend playing pest control on one device and have this video playing at the same time on a different device, and pause it when you need to. If you are switching between animal jam and this video, it will reload animal jam after a while, that’s what happened to me. (I was really close to the end and then it reloaded when I was playing on the same device as I was watching the video) I hope I helped!
Edit: make sure to put every chomper plant, snake, lizard, or frog in the exact place as they did! And recycle the ones they recycle or the ones you accidentally put in the wrong spot or it won’t work!

Thank you!! I’ve been trying to complete it since I was 5. It was always my fav AJ game. Whenever I got on AJ this game was mostly the reason why, I’d spend hours trying to strategize. If 5 year old me saw me finishing it right now, they would be proud.

2024 and after so many years, I finally passed the hard mode of pest control.... THANK YOU!
my little cousin was crying because she couldn't beat the game so I sat with her trying to help, I wasn't much help lol. But after struggling for nearly a week I looked up guides and I watched the video. The next day I dropped hints as she played and she was so happy she beat it! So thanks! Because of you my little cousin is now deemed the bug crusher! 😂
I've only ever beat this game ONCE. Ever. Finding the right placement for all of the defenders is so hard, and when the scorpions come around for me, it's GAME OVER. This video helped a LOT, though. Thanks!

(This is my way, since the snakes stench out and the frogs have long tongues.)

Pay attention to wave numbers
Anyway, let's begin
The game is about pest control hard mode
Let's place the Chompers right here into the Ground
Chomper Plants will eat Ants, so place them first
Try not to spend all your Tokens at once Save some for emergencies
Locusts are a species of grasshopper that sometimes form large swarms. These swarms can be very destructive
Dragonflies have more health than Grasshoppers, so you'll need more Frogs than before
New pests arrive in this order: ant, fly, grasshopper, dragonfly , beetle, scorpion, tarantula, mouse
Snakes work best in rows It let's them all aim for the same pest
Upgrade two Lizards across from each other to do more damage to Tarantulas
Mice are the fastest pest, but they only appear rarely Make sure your Snakes are ready
50 waves for 8 Chomper Plants 21 Frogs 22 Lizards & 30 Snakes
You Won from reaching the end (hard completed)
318615 Points Earned 31 Token Bonus
466 Gems Earned
Continue in Endless for the New Upgrade unlocked Later
And that's how you best hard mode
Now i'll just give you things to notice
At wave gifty is when you will be done
And you will get mouse helmet
Also the trickiest part for me was the start
Without that start i couldn't be able to get past
Also sometimes you may have to sacrifice lives
And you only have fine
