Great video. You're so much fun to watch. Now do Part 2. Putting on the transfer paper and applying it to a wall.... I imagine it is AT LEAST a 2 person (or more) job.😊
You are a breath of fresh air! thank you in my search for a roll feeder for my new Scan and cut machine. Keep up the fun work and give a shout out to your husband for all the work behind the camera.😀
You actually have the feeder2. Last Christmas I couldn’t find it, in several places. It was out of stock. I have been watching video after video because I am making Christmas cards and I was done listening to card makers so I put scan n cut and your videos pop out. You are so entertaining and knowledgeable. The stickers video was really good. The one with the blonde? lady (q&a) was very good in terms of fabric. I haven’t tried it with mine yet. Thanks for all the info!
showing us how to transfer it to the wall, would have been very helpful, as I am imagining that would be extremely difficult. but otherwise a great video, thank you.
@@allbrands1976 Thank you, so if it is a design longer than the 24 in of the mat, how do you scan it? The machine did not want to feed in the paper it is drawn on.
Courtney thank you for this video. I have the first roll feeder it came with my scan and cut SDX230D and I have never used it. Now I want to. Question can you use iron on vinyl with the roll feeder. I heard you can’t with the roll feeder 1 but, you can with roll feeder 2 and I also heard that if you have already added roll feeder 1 you can’t add roll feeder 2 can you address this please, Thank you Courtney. Loved this tutorial.
I bought the Roll Feeder 2 recently. Its absolutely garbage. I tried everything thing to try to get the leader sheet to load the vinyl straight with little success. The main differences between the roll feeder 1 and the roll feeder 2 is the felt guide on the attachment which hooks on the roller bar and the leader sheet and maybe the activation code roller feeder function. I ended up returning the roll feeder 2. It looks like the one you are using in the video works great. I have the same Scan and cut model as the one you are using in the video SDX325.
Hi Courtney looks like you had fun. I have the roll feed II and I have the SDX 230DX and I have the free design that comes on the activation card. I also have Disney roll feeder designs that came with the machine. I think they are all very nice. How will you attach that sign to a tent or wall? I would put a hole at each end and secure it with some string or ribbon. Looks like it might be a chore to remove all those letters and adhere them on to a wall or plaque of wood or something. Looks really nice. Happy 4th.
Hi Courtney, I am interested in purchasing the SDX330D, I own the Luminaire3. I was watching the videos on Allbrands web site about this cutter. It said I could not transfer Disney designs from the sewing machine to the cutter. Could you please explain this to us? Does the cutter have the same Disney designs as the sewing machine. Love your show!!! Thank you for the information.

Absolutly would be the next step. How would one apply transfer tape to a 72" roll cut?
Courtney you are a scream!!! LOVE how you do this and laugh at yourself and are REAL! Thanks for your help!

That’s awesome!! Mine is on the way! I love your videos!
Thank you, Courtney! That was awesome. I didn't know we could do that with the roller feeder. Great tutorial.
Wow that is BIG!!!!!. Love it. I will make my grandkids a Disney for each of their rooms. They're going to love it.

Thanks Courney. Great information.
Hi Courtney, this was very educational and thank you for doing it.

Thank you for doing this so we can see how to use it!!
Awesome Courtney… another option… thank you for the awesome tutorial👏.
Love the etched glasses!
Thank you for this video I so need to try this one day
Thank you for this. Are you able to scan in your own design and to direct Cut?
Yes you can!

Will be glad when fabric can be cut on 24" roller
Now you need 6ft of transfer tape!! so fun!
Very nice 👍
Can you use roller feeder direct on machine (ie not use Canvas--activated via Canvas but not using for designs)?
NICE
Which one are the machines can use the roll feeder?
Would you use transfer paper to remove the design and attach it to the wall? If yes, would you do it in pieces? Thank you.
That’s my question too!
Same question here! I think I would struggle with keeping it smooth!
Will it work on sdx125 e titanium
Can you buy roll paper from Brother?
29:19 I bought a used roll feeder without an activation code I wonder if brother will let me acctivate it?
Neat!
Could you have done a weeding box around your design?
If you loose your activation code then you can't use the roll feeder. make sure you keep the code and purchase receipt in a safe place!
Why didn't you use weeding lines for this? Would have made it a lot easier
Good video. But why did Brother make it for 12" wide rolls, but only allows under 10" to be used for banners........2" inches of total waste.
i have never used my roll feeder. Teach me Teach me
