I love this documentary on the life and career of Shirley Caesar! It brought back some fond memories of her music.I was intrigued by her singing style and her delivery. She powerfully conveyed the message of the gospel through her preaching and vocal talent. Her delivery was unique and bold . As a freshman in college, I remember seeing her perform at South Carolina State!🎉 Then in the early eighties, I had the privilege of attending one of her concerts at a local schoo in the Lowcountry!🎉🎉🎉She is truly will be remembered "in a special way"!❤❤❤
Pastor Shirley Caesar is one of the last of the golden age of gospel music. With a professional career spaning of 7 decades, she continues to go from strength to strength and glory to glory. She still has it today she sounds the same as she did years ago.

I can say that I have seen Pastor Shirley in a service in Lakeland Florida. The Holy Spirit came in and miracles were performed. Her singing was so anointed and a blessing. God is so good allowing her to Triumph in Jesus name carrying his Gospel of Christ ❤❤❤
I remember watching Sunday Best and Reverend Shirley was up there singing and I remember watching another episode with a newer artist and the audience was wildlin … I was thinking wow here these people have a legendary treasured vessel before them and they don’t even realize it ……
