At the beginning, we can hear an italian rescue-vehicles emergency siren: that's because Mater Dei hospital's ambulances are made by Mariani Alfredo e Figlio company from Pistoia (Tuscany, Italy). That's not the only italian influence here, the word ambulanza (ambulance), in maltese language, comes directly from the italian word "ambulanza".
