гспд, как можно сравнивать портативный ru6 с коробкой от iFi Gryphon? К тому же летом 2023 года уже был доступен ru7, но в рейтинге его нет. Очень объективно
i want to buy an expensive iem, around 1k usd, do i really need a dac like these for better audio quality, or does this only apply for expensive power hungry headphones... please help, great video. like👍

When I use the 4.4 Balanced from my Dan Clarks into my iFi Gryphon, I always experience some distortion. I also had the same distortion in my Fiio BTR7. How can I stop the distortion. Doesn't happen when I use 3.5mm. Thanks
Is there any point in getting a DAC if im streaming low bitrate music? I use spotify premiums HQ which is only 320kbps.. im not sure the source files are good enough to get value out of a DAC
320kbps is easily better than your ears. Phones usually sound mediocre (with a few exceptions) and don't have enough power to drive more demanding headphones. So yes, an external DAC/headphone amp is worth it. Maybe don't spend 300 moneys if your source is Spotify. 100 is more than enough.
Despite him defining the term incorrectly. "Coda" literally means "tail", and marks the end section of a composition, and not the TRANSITION to the end as the reviewer stated.
@@ReverendDr.Thomas bro he used it just fine. regardless there is al coda notation that marks the switch to the closing passage. guess what - you have to transition to the symbol regardless.
@@hcastro35 It can be wired too and works just as good as any other DAC with wireless option. Out of the box it is 'flat' but other users prefer neutral sound so they can finesse it to their liking. I love the little thing; decent price, powerful enough, active crossover (if you make your own cable to do it), versatile and tiny AF I think the greed in me wanted the T71 but I'm glad I didn't drop that kind of cash on a DAC.
Luxury & Precision W4 and Cayin RU7 are the best dongles I've ever heard. The W4 actually gets you about 95% of the Mojo2 performance but some consider the W4 better than the Mojo2. Can't wait for the iBasso DC-Elite to drop.
Why is moon the only people talking about this dac? Only other videos iv seen not from yall is from chi-fi channels. Not sure if that worries me or not
The cheapest one is over $200 that is stealing ! Look just stop promoting for Hugo dacs no one with the right set of mind will pay $2500 except if he has a studio and he earns that much of money in one hour. PEOPLE I WILL GIVE YOU GOOD ALTERNATIVES WITH MUCH MORE CAPABILITIES: ● LG V60 now is for $200 it is a mobile phone with super quality sound(it has 4 dacs) and a good phone speakers. ● Moondrop MIAD 01 for less than $350 a modern mobile phone dedicated for audiophiles with two jacks one 3.5mm and the other one is 4.4mm it will brighten your day. its speakers are not that good for audiophiles taste but the sound quality that came from the jacks is comparable to the external DACs because it has Citruss Master Hi-Fi DAC chip.
Telling people what type of sound is good for what type of music, is like telling them what they should eat and will like for dinner. It's a matter of taste, do people have the exact same taste? I am a jazz musician and I find analytical sound signatures boring and liveless but according to you book I should listen to rap and RNB. This is funny
Everyone hears differently! We are just speaking on what we typically recommend for customers who ask us these questions. Definitely understand how jazz and analytical gear are not a match for everyone. Thanks for your comment! 🙂
Most folks who like analytical gear wouldn't tell you they like a clinical or sterile sound, at least in my experience. And I would bet there aren't many folks who prefer a "clinical" or "sterile" sound. Just my two cents! 😅

you probably dont need them just to run iems since they are not very hungry. but buying a dac will surely enhance the experience
I have the ifi Gryphon running some Dan Clark Aeon closed back. Is there a better DAC/Amp? Thanks
I’ve got the Focal Bathys which one is best for me?

What would be a good choice of otg to go from lightening to usb c (for iPhone)?

Aside from higher volume output, probably not. You can still get a good dongle for 20-40$
Can someone give suggestion for dac is also able as adc like can use microphone on laptop/pc?
That coda pun landed so super hard. I'm pretty sure! 👍😎

How can I obtain the acrylic slanted stand for the Chord Hugo 2?
I own the iFi Audio Go Bar Kensei.
Qudelix 5K...$110. Great dongle DAC.
The sound is flat & you’ll rely on being good at customizing the eq to make up for the lackluster features. Also it’s a Bluetooth DAC not a wired DAC

@@masterazlan6999 I don't doubt that the FC6 sounds great. However, the power output and single-ended design keeps me from being able to purchase it.

You have 2 portable DACs and 3 that require a handbag
Beware the RU-6 and RU-7 have noise on quieter less busy songs like The Night King that you can hear.
Digital cables like USB cannot sound different from each other. They can feel nicer and look better though.
Onix Alpha
250 like if everyone had that as pocket money.
way way way way overpriced everything! $200 for a usb cable. seriously? This "advertisement" reminds me of the old monster cable scams
Go away, troll. You're obviously not the target audience.
hm why not, hope sound doesnt change
but really as for now its not ready
Honestly I would Buy something around 70$ with 3.5 and 4.4mm balanced port and be happy
Why are you here?
"Just $300"
Lol, imagine spending $200 for a cable that won't improve anything.
Have you done a side by side comparison?

With Due respect, these are uber rich peoples hobby to spend over DAC.
200 USD - 1500 isn't 'uber rich' by any stretch. With all due respect, what was the point of your comment?
@@yarbles66it’s not uber rich if you spend that much on used car. It is uber rich if you spend that much on a small dongle.
My first car was $200. My 2nd car was $500. Neither one had air conditioning or power steering. The good ole days.
