Thanks for making the legacy go on!!
Great podcast!
Dante is quality.
Watched him at grapplefest and he was explosive and strong as fuck.
I love that he follows conjugate too!
Would you guys ever release a grapplers strength template?
I'm assuming it would be much like the regular Westside template. With the exercise selection chosen to enhance performance on the mat. As opposed opposed specifically increase their total.
Alexander Karelian already showed a grapplers template...some of his training is on UA-cam
@@MaddTrapper-gn8qs Thanks man! I'll check it out :)
Dante is a great athlete to have! That’s a great idea that may be in the works in the near future
High level jiujitsu and high level english. An icon.
Beginner here and totally lost in the world of overload information regarding conjugate and programming. Can you please make a video or podcast how to set up a basic novice conjugate program for garage gym owners? I want to learn the basic movement patterns and build muscle and strength in the long run without rushing anything? Thanks guys
I´m all in!!! newbie podcast please
agree 100%
I think you guys would benefit more from a novice linear periodisation program. It teaches you a lot about structure, discipline, you learn about your body, your recovery abilities, technique on basic lifts etc.
I would advise GreySkull LP or Sheiko Novice Program as a starting point.
Conjugate puts a lot of emphasis on accessories and variations. If you’re a beginner in lifting, it’s best that you stick to a simple program and slowly apply the characteristics of conjugate method to your program. Rotate main movements, add some bands, involve sled drags, etc. Following conjugate isn’t hard to understand but it’s very easy to fuck up.
Stay tuned …🔥🔥🔥
