Speaker blocks dismissal of Ssemujju as chief opposition whip

Speaker of Parliament Anita Among has disregarded the decision by the Forum for Democratic Change FDC Secretary General Nandala Mafabi to replace Kira municipality MP Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda as chief opposition whip. Nandala appointed Yusuf Nsibambi as the new whip last weekl.Nine FDC members of parliament petitioned the speaker to block the changes which they argued, had never been officially communicated on the floor of Parliament.

One thing i can say is that mr.yusufu nsibambi has ashamed himself by accepting to take the fdc whip position in this confused management of the fdc party,,,,
By the way mr.nsibambi let me advise you; the honorable Ibrahim ssemujju didn't come to parliament to seek for a job, he was a journalist with some media houses before coming to parliament.he wasn't onthe street and even when he joined parliament he has been relavant as a member of Parliament.
