- It's our first day exploring Walt Disney World in Orlando, and what better way to start our Disney holiday than to head to Magic Kingdom!
🎀 We get the monorail over to the magic kingdom, grab a delicious coffee and make our way to Crystal Palace, a character dining buffet experience I have never tried before!
🎀 Although the weather has been a little rainy we explore a rainy Magic Kingdom, and take a look at some beautiful jewellery merch!

As a fellow gastric bypass patient, I always struggle with those pricey buffets! I can literally take 8 bites. My doctor gave me a card for restaurants that says this. He said I could try presenting it at things like buffets and sometimes they’ll give you a kids price. However, that’s never happened!
I got the same thing! We typically avoid buffets but this was the only option that I’ve always wanted to try! I did thoroughly enjoy it but I have to admit the buffet was a little wasted on me but I’m happy I got to meet the characters and enjoy the ambience 🥹🌷🌷🌷
Maybe, if this is an option, take some food with you back to the hotels so you feel like you've got your moneys worth more? Like a chunk of chicken might not work but dry goods will. then you can eat it later. bonus points if you can put it in the fridge then options ar elimiteless haha
I honesty don't know how u edit so much and run ur business and travel. It boggles my brain. Side note I've seen sooooo many dapper dands over the years from various blogs. It's fun to see some recurring and new ones pop in and out.

We booked all the different character experience meals for our son when we went...was definitely the way to go! We didn't have to stand in any lines for character meet and greets- his favorites were Crystal Palace and the Tusker House with the Safari Mickey characters...they were great! I want to go back so badly. haha
I just love your vacation vlogs. We have alot in common so it's so great to get your insight on the experiences you have. I've been going to Disney world for over 40 years and I'm convinced they have a rain cloud on payroll (as a character, Haha!)with the amount of flash rains they get. Haha! So happy you had a great time at Crystal Palace. My high school best friend and I celebrated our 50th birthdays with Magic Kingdom back in 2021 and it was such a great (and emotional) experience! Thanks for sharing your day with us! 🙂

I have absolutely no nostalgia for Disney as I didn't grew up with the movies and stuff (I knew most of the charakters but haven't seen the movies until later in life) but I really enjoy your vlogs and the joy you two seem to have! :D It's really great! I was just watching your old disney vlogs as im feeling a bit under the weather and then the new video popped up! These are some of my favorite videos that you do and im ready to get cozy and watch haha. Id also love to know how do you budget/plan for you disney travels? I would love to go back in maybe 1-2 years but I can never tell when is the best time to go, quality but decent hotel? etc

I've stopped staying at Disney property, because for me, I'd rather go multiple times than what it costs for one time at Disney (Its just so expensive now the price of this holiday was half of a budget disney hotel!) The two most budget hotels i've stayed in is Sonder (my last trip) and this Holiday Inn Resort, I Have to say I think I prefer the Holiday inn Resort (but we did have some noise issues) because the pool is heated, its a little larger and it also does park shuttles every day (which can save alot of money!) and has a applebees onsite, and a pool bar!🌷 I hope this helps!

Hey Catherine 🤗 I love Crystal Palace - those characters are so so adorable 😊 love the ring you got. I actually preferred when the popcorn was in the bag - the lid doesn’t stay on very well so that tub only works if you’re getting it on your way out (that’s my experience anyway but the popcorn is delicious) I’ve never got a candied apple so now I need to try one, the one you got looked super yummy 🩷 xxx

I’m not a big Disney person, but I always love your videos! Pooh is such a huge part of my childhood (my bedroom and bathroom were Winnie the Pooh and friends from top to bottom and I would get up early on the weekends just to watch it on tv) so seeing them even through the screen made my inner child so happy/me tear up🥹What a cool experience💕💖
I did crystal palace for breakfast at the earliest seating of the day so we were in the park before it opened which was incredible. Eeyore is my favorite classic Disney Character (well tied with Dopey anyways 😅). So fun thanks for bringing us along! So definitely book another character breakfast for first thing and be in when the park is virtually empty you don't get free reign to the whole park but you can get amazing empty park photos!

So jealous you can go when the crowds are not that bad. We only ever tried the Crystal Palace dining and loved the ambience, food, and characters. I can recommend as well. We didn't get those fancy desserts, though. I am pretty sure you can get your rings tightened if you want to keep them instead of getting new ones.

Are you uk or us based? Because we get a 2 week park hopper pass but it’s at a huge discount usually 7 days for the price of seven, if we purchased daily passes it would be so much 😆🤣🥲 but I’m not sure if this deal is mainly for UK based customers xxxxx

Oh also! Out of curiosity, for the settings on your camera do you keep it on automatic when filming or do you have to deal with switching the iso, fstop and everything else all the time?
I manually adjust everything BUT lol....sometimes its over exposed or I've accidently messed up the footage like in this vlog, theres loads of over exposed shots lol, thats happened too often, lol I might switch to automatic, lol 😅
I wonder, with you living in the UK, have you been to Disneyland Paris? If so, do you prefer DisneyWorld Orlando?
