Just about finished the 2nd section and really enjoying it. This is a great book Nate! The layout is a strong point. It's so easy to get fuzz brain when new ideas and concepts are presented in big blocks of text but you communicate in fairly short concise paragraphs so it breaks everything up nicely. Having all the code on GitHub to experiment with is a really useful additional tool. Highly recommend this book to anyone interested in learning Kotlin.

I'm really curious about this book and you seem to know your stuff, but the quality of Packt books is generally so low that I don't want to shell out $35 for it. I need a good resource to get me into the niche advanced parts of Kotlin and more familiar with Arrow. How much Arrow do you cover?

Not wanting to spend $35 for a book is totally understandable. It was actually on sale last week for $5 😕. Honestly, the book doesn't go very far into arrow or coroutines as those easily could take up several chapters a piece, so it's probably not a great book for what you're looking for.
