When the enemy literally has frame-1 grabs, I think even the best can be forgiven for getting grabbed lol. Great video, really like the aggressive playstyle, being in the thick of it in this game feels incredible.
@@SchizmGuyIn RE2R, zombies grab you first and then bite you, so if you happen to shoot them or toss a grenade at the right time they won't hurt you. In RE4R, though, the moment they grab you is an instant health loss. It happens quite often that you shoot a ganado's brains out with a shotgun and they still hurt you because of that one frame of the game registering a grab.
@coolmuzt yeah, that's another thing I kinda don't like. It's a system that was in RE6 also and it was kinda dum there but at least you didn't had a subweapon. Now you do have it, and just like...why do that, it's so silly

@@AftermathRain no, you can't do those flicks on a controller and you obviously haven't played the game or seen Japanese players, this video isn't exactly oh wow, anyone decent can headshot and invi frame constantly

Sure, mouse and keyboard give you an advantage, but that doesn't mean it's outright impossible on controller. I'd record a quick Mercs video to prove it, as soon as I get the Game Bar recording thing to work :P
We were hitting insane trick shots way back in the day during 2009 MW2 with controllers, flick shots on this game wouldn't be hard if you were proficient with aiming on a controller. I definitely can't hit flick shots with a controller anymore, the last time I used a controller for a shooter was in 2011 lol. There's people out there who can do better than I did in this vid while using a controller, the only thing they won't be able to do is ultra fast 90+ degree flick shots only because max controller sensitivity in RE:4 isn't that fast compared to other games.

Yeah, they should've reworked how grabs will work for this game and not just copy them from RE2R. They kinda did, but not quite enough.
