Whatever happened to that guy? Where did that style and creativity go? Oh, i forgot. Punch the clock and do as your told. There's a good boy! Click, click, tic tock.....
Singer is so much better than Criss, it's not funny. It's like the difference between a Tour De France Cyclist and a kindergartner with training wheels.
Eric Carr was the backbone of Kiss in the 80’s. Monster drummer. Carr wanted to play much heavier. He was into Metallica and a heavier sound than Kiss played, but because of that it did push them to be a heavier band. Singer is similar to Carr, although I think Singer incorporates more “stage playing” in his drumming, which is cool, makes it a little more visually stimulating for the audience. Carr’s sound was more booming, especially live, Singer’s style while more visual, is a little less frenetic. Both great rock drummers. Don’t be to quick to piss all over Peter Criss. Peter’s style came from more of a swing background, which gave the early Kiss records a cool sort of funkier sound. While some of their later records were heavier, the Kiss Alive era sound is still their best sound, and what their audiences continually want to hear. That is in no small part to Peter’s drumming. While not as technical in triplets, double bass, and alot of what rock drumming has morphed into, Peter played polyrhythms with a cool sort of funky/swing vibe.
Eric is freaking awesome!!! I’ve met him before - very nice guy
We love you Eric
Guy is amazing and has by far earned his spot no disrespect to peter or eric
Eric Singer rules 😎
I like that he follows the Guitars also, not just the bass line like most common drummers do....definite badass on the skins 👍
That's because he's SO GOOD with his kick. Bass drum is consistently on the bass and he can work everything else with melody or fills as he sees fit.
He plays so much better here than he has with the band over the last 15 years. They had him slow down and simplify until there’s no personality left.
Ya it looks it
I agree. Doesn't even look like he's having fun now at days.
Love singers drumming... and his passion for Kiss... glad he's in the band
Great drummer.
THAT'S REALLY GOOD!! IT FASCINATES ME! I LOVE YOU ERIC!! YOU ARE THE BEST

Watch any of the latest tour vids and he looks bored out of his fuckin' mind. Can't get ahead of Paul's taped vocals 'cuz that would be bad.
that part with tough love ! gosh *-*
Same as been in the studio recording music first and a few days later the vocals.👍
Absolute monster (pun intended).
He was so hot back then with that long blond hair.
Agree. I wanted to narry him.
The guitars are partly from Bruce Kulick....as far as I can hear... or am I wrong ?

Both Erics better than Peter, sorry not sorry
There is only one Drummer for Kiss and that's the Catman himself Peter Criss
But 80's Kiss is Eric Singer plus loved Singer live with Black Sabbath
Did you miss Eric Carr for basically the entire 80s or something?
