This band is right there with Jeff Beck - I could drop names but Zero7 are elite.... They're all up on the Wurlitzer jamming - kids these days don't know what a Wurlitzer is..... I love it..... Zero 7 is an elite band er "collective " it really blows my mind how great they are... What a fantastic band, I grew up around this "sound" but this band really took it to a new level.... I find myself taking out my bass and jamming with some of this stuff.... I'm a musician and I'm in awe or Zero 7......It just blows my mind how this band is not better known....

From there I've enhanced it with many other great artist some of which this station played: Bonobo, Racoon, Am-boy, Lone, Bibio, Barcelona, Hooverphonic, Way out west, Ulrich schnauss, Leo Traumen, Raul Ramirez, Boards of Canada, Hybrid, Royksopp, Air, and Hand Polished. There have been many thumbs downs along the way but for the most part I think I've got it just right. The station is still surprising me 7 years into it.
I hope to be around for another 10, 20, 40 years, or more. Perhaps I'll read this comment again at that time-so long as this video stays available on UA-cam, or perhaps this comment is moved to another location. I hope to see you all around. Groove Salad on Soma FM is a free no ad station and has loads of downtempo. Station got me hooked on Zero 7, Tipper and Amon Tobin
