Actually got back into the game with Sky Stikers in Master Duel. Helps you to actually learn how to play through boards and what to interupt but ofc not everyone wants to start with a deck like that

Yeah deck is not hard lol. It’s a “spell deck goes brrrr” with a bunch of Link 1s. I guess it’s more “high IQ” then Runnick but that isn’t a very high bar to begin with lol

I opened strikers, and got nothing until the last pack and I was saying "at least give me royal kagari" and it was. I freaked out

Pulling on the secret pack is painful when you have all the other URs at max. Then like Dkayed, also got that no UR 10-pulls. Bruh, it sucks when the new cards are UR.

so basically, Sky now has a searchable kaiju and it is an extra body u can yoink any time with searchable spell. great
Can’t forget Kagari to 2, because a mountain of support that includes a searchable Kaiju wasn’t enough, let’s get rid of the deck’s only chokepoint of any significance.
Why not go ahead and bump Fusion Destiny to 2. The fragile little darlings shouldn’t ever have to experience a hard-drawn Fusion Destiny raining on their parade.
Knowing they were adding Linkage, I simply cannot fathom what Komoney was possibly thinking, here.
Even better is the Therion synergy. Not like Strikers-Runick wasn’t already the aggravation of Platinum.
I’ve pretty much added a couple of Anti-Spell to everything I can possibly fit them in.
Edit Weeks Later: (Bitter Laugh), I was joking, but Komoney just upped Fusion Destiny back to 2. WTF!!!!

@@sndorochi9660 Ehh, doesn’t much matter now. Strikers has all its new support, Kagari to 2, and Therions.
On the one hand, it seems good at first glance there might now be some variety to the deck’s lines.
OTOH, the new support just lets them do the same crap, only without chokepoints, better monster removal, vastly increased disruption-resistance, and more recursion of their busted No-OPT spells.
Spells which we were told were balanced by Sky Striker monsters doing very low damage.
Now they have a straight OTK-line, *and* their special-snowflake lack-of-OPT limitations.
Clearly well-designed support.
Edit: Can’t forget their dual-function Search-Kaiju/2500-boost-to-3500, then destroy-and-pop-pop w/ a recurred Afterburners.
With all the card-additions lately, I’m having a hard time understanding why half the stuff presently Banned remains so. There are more powerful cards in the pool, after all.

You can set the cards you want to top deck just look up how to do it on yt

Pretty sure hamps effect is if you destroy it by battle.
Indeed Hamp effects is only triggered by 'Destroyed by battle' as a proof, I tried it myself and pretty much figured

@@ryukagefurishira4075 the intended usage seems to be utilizing it in conjunction to linkage with raye and roze in the graveyard (for loooooooooooorrrreeee). But that effect seems to be very situational, more often than not you just gonna destroy them with afterburners anyway.

These current packs GOT WAY expensive to “ Complete a deck “ 90$ gets you 4,920 Gems, enough to buy 4 packs 😂 You need to drop 200$ + dismantle current decks to Almost complete these new decks.
it can be a bit annoying, but it's possible to slowly build up the gems necessary to build any deck, of course by the time you complete the deck, who knows if it's still good by then, on topic though, it does suck that you have to put in what's probably a weeks worth of income into the game just so you can have a better chance at winning
You can get almost 9k gems every month for free.... who the heck buys gems in this game. Man people are stupid. I got 23 decks and only ever bought 3 of the gem discount sets.
I am really not sure why people hesitate to make new account if they really wanna try new archetype. It's much faster than collecting gems for months and you get to play it from lowest of division and see how far you can go with the deck without getting bored of grind.

Why is selene necessary in general for the accesscode line? Clearly I'm a nub so be gently lmao
If u have veiler in hand or in gy, selene lets u special summon it which allows u to link climb. Accesscode gets more attack off targeting selene because selene is link 3

I know sky striker isn’t really that strong, but I can’t stand playing against it, they ALWAYS open/top deck raye
this card just broke all striker players and made them to monkeys that don't know how to play the game. every time i saw any striker play they searched exclusively linkage even when they can't attack and have no other way to break the board

@@TeemoonMaster mainly because you don't get any benifit from doing so. Ifyou summon it to your opp field you can use one of thier monsters. But if you summon it to your field you can get rid of one of your opp cards but at the cost of one of your really important monsters

@@suppahfreak4084 real support would make them competitive, it's not hard to make good dm ou bewd cards, instead Konami choose to sell to simp weebs and make more cringe waifu archetypes and support for those archetypes, that community is bigger than dm bewd enjoyers, and makes them alot of money, says everything about Konami.

I'd rather lose to milion branded/Despia and Swordsoul than to a single Sky striker/runick/labyrinth. Even if I win against those decks, I feel empty inside after the duel
I like how they design cards that straight up cheat and bypass the mechanics of the game. Just so damn unfair and broken
There's a difference between a pot of greed which can be put in any deck and a card like engage or linkage which can only be used in their achetype it's not unfair just get better at the game
@@fable2830 you say that yet sky strikers are consistently top of the meta. You can't have an entire archetype built on disobeying the rules AND be consistently top of the meta. Which is exactly what sky strikers do. That effectively breaks the game idiot
Never even mind that anyway. Look at the bigger picture with this. More and more cards are being designed now that just blatantly IGNORE the rules and mechanics of the game. Verte and red eyes fusion are quick examples that immediately come to mind. They both ignore the general rules of the game. That every other card has to follow. This alone should be more than enough to deeply concern you with how the direction Yu-Gi-Oh seems to be going

I used to play faster so as not waste so much time,but then I ended up losing a lot because I didn't think about my plays,and losing is so incredibly annoying when it's due to a misplay so now I don't care how much time a waste I don't want to lose to a stupid reason, I want to improve/win even if that mean timing out.
