Hi Tom: you're right when you say organizations are not transforming, from my side I see a lot of companies going back to the manual tasks rather than engaging more on to the digital world. Even if we ignore this as HR leaders, Transformation of Work is still knocking at every company's doors. Thank for your insights.

I agree, as I have shared in our team that HR should be bolder and really work with Management to address employees' that translates to organizational concerns for efficiency and effectiveness, day in and day out. It is a work in progress and hopefully, to get there every single day for the love of the organization.😊👍
What a terrible, dystopian idea metaverse is. Just look at the picture you chose for the presentation: Plastered with adverts, robbed of anything humane. I would rather move into the forest and never use the internet again than to take one step in to this virtual hell
