I haven't watched this but isn't Discord actually blocking the Roblox servers because this has beeen abused before?
Discord might only block it if it's getting spam requests, but, as shown in the video, it went through. If someone was spamming Discord's servers from Roblox servers, it would probably prevent the message from going through.
