How are able to play that much faster and how much time does it take to learn a fingerstyle arrangement. Plz reply me

Practice dedicatedly, that's it.. This arrangement isn't even that fast... You should start very slow with a metronome to develope a muscle memory.. Tempo will increase with time.. The more hours you put behind your practice the more faster you can play.. But don't push yourself too hard,,, Playing with perfection and dynamics is more important than playing fast..
