    These subjects are exactly what helped me to start surfing at 40... surfing itself opened me up to a whole new world !

    I'm happy to see Nathan moving into this phase of life.
    I remember surfing with he and Christian for a few summers in front of his house at Capo Beach. It was before things really took off for them. He was always a cool cat.

    Cool to see Nathan's journey throughout the years and see him here as a master. Not much inspires me on UA-cam, but this pumped me up.

    There is a real movement following older athletes, which is inspiring for us 40+ year olds. I don’t know where the time has gone but I definitely want to keep surfing at my best level for a long time to come. Great content.

    Breath work has helped me in so many ways, like Nate it's given me more energy to be a better parent. That's massive 👍

    I admire what you do and feel I’m on the right track because I see you do them too. One day more physically and the other day more spiritual. Makes me feel good.

    I'm pretty sure Nathan died at Chopes and his earthly frame was then inhabited by an alien life-form, possibly reptillion in nature. Or not.

    Time to shave the head Nate (once a week). You don't even have to use a razor, you can use a no-guard buzzer. Consider it a discipline.
    I also recommend shaving body hair the same way (once a month).
    And you should keep your face clean shaved (once every 3 days).
    Consider it a discipline. Just looking out...

    • @turbowtime9611
      @turbowtime9611 2 роки тому +4

      @@ba7260 He made a video about taking care of his body but his appearance looks like a creepy, drunken homeless person. I'm honestly just trying to be honest with him and help him out just like he's trying to help us out. You gotta take care of yourself; diet, exercise, appearance, happiness, obligations, and duty to serve your loved ones.
      When you're a father especially, you need to be presentable so that your children can look up to you.

      @@turbowtime9611 dude what are you smoking. Being a good parent and good person has NOTHING to do with how you look. The most important part is being good. That matters much more than looks. Get tf outta here.

      @turbowtime9611 2 роки тому +1

      @@ericcaloosa371 Both matter. You set an example as a parent in everyway. Walking around looking like a homeless person is not a good example. You just can't handle the truth.
