Guys if you wanna eat like this and stay slim you have to do interming fasting look it up
Intermittent fasting doesn't make you slim if you eat garbage food while doing it. Whether you have a fast metabolism or you don't, unfortunately. Plus intermittent fasting is for maintaining a healthy body, it's supposed to do you good so if you're ruining it by eating like this what's the point
