Who is this Sub Inspector? Is he not supposed to call medical rescue team first to check out and retrieve the body of the victim, whether alive or not? Until the person is medically declared dead he is not to be presumed 'dead'. Therefore, instead of wasting the golden hours by looking for relatives and making press statement he should have first taken the body to Hospital immediately.
Since you are not a doctor, you people should rush n carry him to hospital. Taking coverage and taking interview before death body or may be life body.irritated to see such coverage. When some one is dying don’t take a interview.
