I would love to do that. If I had been able to continue with some sort of marching percussion after high school I would have definitely considered going to the auditions in September of this year. I know the sticking for the entire parade but I'm just not that coordinated with tricks. I can do some finger rolls and flips but nothing of this magnitude. Plus, I would have been going up against actual snares who were probably IN a drum corps. I played bass anyways. If only, if only. I love these guys and Soundsational will always be one of my favorite Disney parades
Huh... I just realized that you share the same name with my friend, Matt Miranda. He also played snare. Interestingly enough, we did perform at Disneyland a few times. Heh. I wonder that if he would have known about those auditions, if you two would have played together in this parade. Would have been hilarious to have 2 Matt Mirandas on the same snareline.

Yes sometimes we do dress rehearsals which happen late at night after park close.
