Just did it on my iPhone 11 pro. You're a legend man. I atually only need to bring the upper part of the screen off and managed to gently clean the lens by wriggling a cotton bud. Lifesaver, I couldn't eben use face ID until now.

It’s best to apply heat with a hair dryer. The heat makes it to where the stickiness comes loose so you can pull it off easier. When it cools off, it hardens again.
