Nick and Heath playing cards is great. I love the scenes were they're acting like everyday brothers, it's so realistic. Love Julie London; she plays Dixie Mcall on Emergency! She's great in this too.
I love the scene with Nick and Heath playing cards :)
They knew how to play cribbage, but they sure didn't know how to peg it. You have to get to 121 to win, and you keep the score with pegs on the board. Each player gets two pegs and pegs his score by moving a peg up by leap-frogging. If I score 6 points on my first hand, I put a peg in the sixth hole. In my next hand, if I score 6 points, I put my second peg in the 12th hole and leave the peg in the sixth hole there. Then, the next hand, if I score another 6 points I take the peg out of the sixth hole, leap-frog it over the peg in the 12th hole, and put it in the 18th hole. That way you can always tell if someone miscounts or mispegs his score. Nick doesn't do the leapfrog bit when he pegs his win.
In Plunder that was Cloris Leachman and in this episode the actress is Julie London.
I'm gonna have to wait for the next episode to see if Heath gets his bayootiful yaller hair back
Whether Northern or Southern a traitor is a traitor not respected by neither side.
The traitor uses Tom, Dick, and Harry, anybody and everybody and will say anything and everything no matter how much if a lie to get whatever information. Now she wants forgiveness and acceptance.
is that the same lady from the episode "plunder" where heath goes to a town to stop looters? it looks like her an she was a singer in that show as well
If Jarrod was in love with her but was mad because she was using him for info why would he introduce her to his best friend?
I like this episode too! :)
Julie's make-up made her look old & this is a very mediocre ep
To each his own. I thought this episode was brilliant. It wasn’t “all is forgiven.” No forgive and forget. Jarrod said. “I can’t forget he never would have met you if it hadn’t been for me.” This episode is all about guilt - Jarrod’s as well as Julia’s.
Hardly any Season Four episodes can I call favorites, but this is growing on me more and more.
In general though, the later you are into the series, the "worse" the quality of everything involved.
Season 4 had some very good episodes - this one, and Mineral Springs come to mind first, both very well done. @@jimbotc2000

Julia in Stockton was like Jane Fonda showing up at a Vietnam veteran’s reunion
