yes onion is actually a hero ingredient for reducing hair fall, i use to make lot of hair mask and serum with onion for my healthy hair and to reduce hair fall but due to my busy schedule now i purchase little extra coco onion hair oil which has qualities of onion, coconut, bhringraj, castor, almond, olive and many good things. i am happy with the results i have got from this oil and that too without fuss

If some one is facing sebhorric dermatitis then he needs to use a medicated shampoo to prevent it. Second the best result with this is combined with what you eat, so it's essential to add yogurt and nuts in your diet daily.
