I really like Bintyot but I don't care about his music. I definitely don't dislike when he talks about it, but I'm glad he's not bringing it up all the time, it would get old for me. Hope that doesn't make me an asshole ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I only watch sunday stuff , so as long as it doesn't interfere with trash and funny voices he can talk about his music as much as he wants. It's his stream so he can do what he wants anyway, but I wouldn't watch it then. I'm not much of a "speen" fan though. More the narrating things as brooklyn mario and such.

Vinny playing the guitar a bit and singing some stuff on stream made me realize I really want Red Vox to stream a jam session or something be it with Red Vox songs or playing covers. Doesn't even need to have video.

Also, it sounds vaguely like a Beatles song...but I can't say which one exactly. I guess like one that's so aesthetically Beatles that Oasis would try replicating it, but I blanking on which one it sounds the most like.
UPDATE: It also, for whatever reason, sounds similar from a chord perspective to Nick Lowe's "Cruel to Be Kind." Guess the curse keeps growing...

I just learned that Vinny sang for Red Vox an hour ago. I’ve been listening to Red Vox for months and watching the streams for months and never made the connection until today

It's nearly impossible to make the connection that the person singing Memento Mori, In the Garden, Stranded, and such is the same person that YEEOWWSS, SPEEEENS, and played DEE EM CEE TOO on stream

It’s inevitable that given enough time, every chord combination in every key *will* be played. If Red Vox is to survive the coming DMCArmagrddon, the only reasonable option is to escape to the one place that hasn’t been corrupted by capitalism- SPACE.
From there, Vinny and the band can re-imagine themselves as R3D V0X, and beam down purely A.I-created revisions of existing genres and songs.

ive asked vinny directly for red vox stems, and hes said theres no plans to release them publically currently. which is a shame
well. it isn't by any means perfect, but there is a way. isotope rx7's "rebalance" or deezer's spleeter.
There's a channel that uses a free AI tool to separate vocals/drums/instrumentals from red vox songs now
Dangit Vinny, plenty of us joked about using a ganbreeder image as an album cover but not everyone's cool enough to have their own band to actually do it
I've actually used artbreeder/ganbreeder outputs for my album art too. I mostly just edit the image to smooth out some irregularities like pattern alignments, or add some filters and titles.

I wonder how many people come back to these "Vinny talking about Red Vox" videos.
Someone who talks about alot of movies, shows, youtube channels and, especially, bands that I'm a fan of, having a band that makes music I put on the same level as some of the bands and artists he talks about, is like the perfect combination.
I love hearing any of the members of the band talk about what they're up to. And it always has me coming back to these videos.
Not sure of Binny knows or not, but to me, Red Vox is up there with the rest of the artists I listen to. And I doubt I'm alone in this.
I make music and its hard for me to see my own music as "actual music", if that makes any sense. I just hope Vinny knows that to many, his music is seen as "actual music" that people regularly listen to, and consider an inspiration.
Still not sure if this comes off in the way I mean it, I'm not great with words.

It kinda took me a while but I just realized he pulled a brilliant KINDA WHAT meme at the end there.
This is kinda spooky holy cow. The strumming and chords do remind me a lil bit of REM. I had a feeling he'd talk about the similarities, Walking Illusion and Reaglin both have very similar inflections. Perhaps he subconsciously picked it up?
The album art is amazing and I love the included progress shots, imo the final painting perfectly matches the atmosphere of the song, Simply beautiful.

I'm so glad I found this because I heard come as you are on the radio recently right after I had listened to realign and it had me confused for a good few seconds
Life has been going for so long that I FEEL like there's no original thoughts that everything is already been thought up and it's just different variations of the same thing. Even modern tech people could have imagined it years before it was actually made.
