Isn’t the other guy in chef Jung kitchen also a chef? Or at least he went to a culinary school? Why is he doing things like a greedy businessman who doesn’t care about food at all? Glad the chef keeps his integrity intact. He deserves michelin star.
And Byungheon….. he should be better by now. He must really be blessed to not have gone bankrupt with how he manages his business.

I love udon but since its too thick, the noodles become sponges and sop(?) up the soup base.
I also like soba noodles

It's a japanese style noodle made from wheat flour. Similar to Noodles used from ramen but thicker and doesn't have eggs (generally just flour, water and salt).
