To walk the Constitution is a long process. Imagine, if a common innocent man can walk the Constitution for so long at so much cost and persuasion all the way to the Supreme Court from a remote village of the country. So, prosecution itself is a punishment.
Without proofs arresting innocent people is an harrassing act. Harrasment is a crime in the eyes of laws. In this case harrassment is proved in SC so those who are harrassing innocent people they must be sued and they should be arrested and necessary action must be taken against them viz. ED, CBI etc. according to laid down provision of law. Law abiding and peace loving People of India eagerly await the justice.
Yes it is a severe indictment of ED and CBI. But let us see how the shameless dispensation reacts to it and how far the courts will go to sustain the rule of law. The fact that the regime has been considerably weakened after the elections is a added advantage .
