  • Born at 21 weeks and two days, Richard Hutchinson was the size of a soda can. He was given a zero-percent chance of survival. As he fought for his life in the Children's Minnesota NICU, his parents believed he would defeat the odds. Today, baby Richard is a world record holder and medical marvel, surprising everyone he meets.

    Looks like what people say is just assumptions and presume, but, when God says live you live. A zero percent chance looks like 100 to me. People make assumptions but my God is absolute!

    still on oxygen and his eyes aren't tracking together. major brain issues =.. but i guess he's alive. that's all that matters to some. not quality of life.

      Of course many individuals have medical issues. We all will at some point or another, but that doesn't mean we should preemptively kill them instead of trying our best to care for them. Being alive is not all that matters. We first must acknowledge that everyone's life is valuable and then work to help those in need. No one can be helped if we totally disregard their life or actually kill them just to neglect having to care for them. Though if you are right, if having medical issues is a prerequisite for intentionally killing someone, then we would be slaughtering thousands more individuals every single day, more than we already do. And that's not even addressing the thousands of innocent little boys and girls that are disposed of that are healthy. You can certainly advocate for anything you want, even evil ideas like mercy killing, though don't be surprised when those horrific ideas are rightfully condemned by those who recognize how truly evil such heinous acts are.

      Most premature babies need help for a few years after they’re born. If his parents have him in early intervention services, I’m sure he’ll be able to catch up to his peers by preschool. I was born prematurely with a heart condition and I had three heart surgeries before I was 5. I used to have a trach tube, a feeding tube, and a ventilator. The doctors told my parents that I wouldn’t be able to walk, talk, or live independently. My trach tube and ventilator were gone by the time I was two. I eventually did start talking at age 3 (I even shocked the doctor when I said hi to him during an appointment). I started reading at 4 and I was always reading above grade level throughout elementary school. My feeding tube was removed when I was 13, but I was able to eat regular food about a decade before that (the tube was kept in because I was underweight, so I received extra nourishment at night). I’m 22 now and I’m only on two pills to manage my heart condition. I work a full-time job and I live independently. A difficult birth doesn’t always mean you’re doomed to a life of misery.

      His lungs may still be needing time to fully develop, premature babies usually have under developed lungs, this little guys lungs probably need the assistance. He is the most premature to survive after all.

    It is truly heartbreaking that so many are indifferent to whether this little boy would go on to live his life or be disposed of. It's one of society's greatest stains that we allow the intentional taking of lives from the most innocent and precious little boys and girls, just because some individuals want to do what creates a son or daughter but don't want the responsibilities of that choice. How anyone could look at someone and then advocate that they be chopped into pieces before being thrown in the trash is one of the most grotesque, barbaric, and evil acts even imaginable. Yet many will go to parades to celebrate this horrific act. Adults should pay the consequences for their own choices, not their son or daughter. Intentionally killing someone merely because you want to, is a right and choice that no one gets, even if the victim is your own son or daughter.

      Their baby their choice .if u really have sympathy please adopt them

    • @trentjacobs3957
      @trentjacobs3957 Рік тому

      @@Viyu_adk So anyone can kill anyone they want for whatever reason they want as long as you or me or someone else hasn't intervened and offered to personally take care of them? Individuals can only condemn the wanton taking of innocent lives as long as they're personally willing to actually care for every single individual they prefer be protected instead of killed? And your premise doesn't make sense in the first place because it is impossible to care for someone after they've already been killed. So everyone that's ever been killed doesn't mean a thing to you, because I highly doubt you have personally offered to care for those individuals either. The difference is that prolife individuals adopt and foster at 2 and 3 times the rate of those who couldn't care less about the life of others. So while your making excuses in order to neglect having to care for those innocent little boys and girls or to even think about their lives, prolife individuals are actually taking care of them.
