How ever SM trained them very well and this boys working really hard to grow up perfectly...and become better and better every time they make a come back....Look at Jisung today he is a grown up man now and his singing voice surprisingly is really good. I think not many agency could manage to create this kind of group which started from a baby to adult hood and still popular. Salute for SM Ent.
