Hi Chan! 1st comment ba ako?! 😂 Very informative vid. Questions lang if you don't mind. 1) What made you decide to buy a condo unit vs house & lot in a subdivision? Yun bang RFO factor & accessibility? (karamihan kc ng mga subdivision ay pre-selling at medyo malayo pag subdivision). 2) What made you choose Ayala vs other developers (SM, DMCI, Megaworld, etc)? 3) Allowed ba ang pets sa Ayala condos and may balcony ba yung units? (parang wala yata balcony). Cheers ka wiz-wiz! 🥂👍🏼
ahahahaha natutuwa talaga ako sa’yo Ma’am, anyway here’s my answer. 1) we chose condo unit since lumaki talaga ako sa Brgy. West Crame, San Juan near Greenhills kung saan nagwowork si mama before, so when we are looking for a place to live ayaw talaga namin lumayo na and like I said sa Vid since nagrerent lang kami hindi namen kaya na double yung payment sa rent sa room at the same time magbayad ng DP before so we opted na mag RFO talaga. Perfect place ang Cubao kasi sobrang accessible sa lahat, as in we have everything around actually kami nga yung meeting point kapag may gala ako with friends during vacation sa Philippines hehe ☺️ 2. I chose Amaia/Ayala kasi nag ring sa mind ko when I was looking for a place to live yung kanilang tagline na “Kaya ko na” which they live up to kasi compared sa ibang developers mura sa kanila yung DP which was my prime objective before kasi nga nagrerent lang kami ng room. So instead of paying for rent why not pay something na samin mapupunta in then end, mga 25 years din kaming nangungupahan lang ah hehe. 3. I’m not sure about the other Ayala Land properties pero sa Amaia skies cubao kasi unfortunately bawal cats/dogs. It depends din kasi sa Home owners assoc kung ipupush nila yung ok for pets ang problem kasi madaming sensitive samin so only fish lang. We don’t have any balcony dito sa Amaia hehe. ☺️🦋
@@onlychans thnx fod the replies. Nakuha ka pala sa sales talk/ tagline ng Ayala. 😁 Pero I understand your reason kc OK ang mga Ayala projects. Somehow mukha cyang mas "class" kesa SM condos (if that matters). Yun nga lang wala balcony sa Ayala condos, sa SM, Cityland (and DMCI yata), may mga balcony. I also understand the RFO factor kc nga nag-re-rent kayo dati. Manila boy ka pala kaya OK sa iyo mag condo. 😊 Some ppl prefer house & lot kc owned nila yung H&L. Sa condo kc, the condominium corp owns the land, yung air rights lng ng condo ang owned mo. Cheers, ka wizwiz! 👍🏼🦋🍻
@@kitty_s23456 yup, nakuha ako sa “kaya ko na” tagline haha, kung pagandahan kasi sa may empire east talaga sana bet ko kaya lang pang maharlika so backout ako haha ☺️🦋
