Honestly isn’t even that healthy. Eating & drinking brands like sprite & coke but just the “diet” version is not “Healthy” do research and find out that the diet drinks are not healthy. Eating organic brands IS healthy.

I am worried about Sockie and her diet. It seems like she’s taking it too far. Like her not wanting to eat food at a party and bring her own diet food? Thats pretty extreme, she should allow herself to eat other stuff once in a while. And its not like she needs to lose weight. If her diet is truly about gaining muscle, eating food at a party isn’t going to effect her any. So I am extremely concerned that her diet is starting or could start to become either anorexia or orthorexia.
Or maybe she is just huperfixated on having that goal to be healthy since she has autism (they made a video abt it) but idk
@@meverythingfunnot1238 what do you mean by she has a goal to be healthy because she has autism? what does her autism have to do with making her want to be healthy? her autism is causing her hyperfixations. autism a lot of times causes a person to become hyperfixated on food and calories as a coping mechanism and because autism is very numbers and rigid based and so are diets/EDs. Thats why so many girls who have autism develop anorexia. Its still concerning either way though that she won’t treat herself once in a while to unhealthy food like at a party. she can have that once in a while but she won’t. She is being too strict on herself and its worrisome.
She dosnt do her diet on weekends I think
stop assuming she has an eating disorder. that is so rude to her and other people with ed’s. She is just dedicated to eating healthy and reaching her dream/goal body. Eating only healthy food and not wanting to eat junk food is perfectly fine. It would only be a problem is she was not eating, which is not true. Stop over analyzing her life choices.
She is not autistic but yes she is too fixed on a diet when she has no weight to lose

Sabre if you happen to get a nose job, you might regret it in future. Your dad is not always gonna be around,when you are. Everyone has at least one quality that they wish to change. Whether is from your environment or you inherited it. You might regret it because you got it from your dad and when he passes that could be a resemblance of him….just a thought❤ Everyone will still see you as the Sabre we always knew and will know whether you get a nose job or not.
