They both replied under oath repeatedly. That's perjury. That is an offense which actually requires disbarment. If either one is ever allowed in a courtroom again as anything other than a defendant in a criminal case that is a problem
I honestly thought the defense arguments were weak. He almost basically asked the judge to disqualify her based on a hunch that they (Fani and the attorney she hired) lied about the timing of their relationship. I think that is a weak argument. They would need pictures and dates.
