What a beautiful interview! I was not that lucky to have the possibility of learning yoga when I was a kid, but finally basic Isha Hatha Yoga for adults became available in Serbia where I live when I turned 36. Thanks to my Isha teacher Tijana Stupar, I enrolled the basic Hatha Yoga course and I hope I will slowly get to that balanced place within me. Namaskarm and all the love to you both 🙏💖
Mukul seems to be really dedicated to transmitting yoga. Quitting his job and dedicating his life to going deep into the science of yoga, is a testament to that. If you are a full time volunteer all your needs will be met by the ashram. If you become a Hatha Yoga teacher then you can set up your own studios and conduct classes and charge according to your wish 😇🙏🏾

Hatha yoga should be single or married Anna.

The problem is most of the courses are so expensive..
No offense but people spend so much money in buying phones, clothes doing this will transform you I have done
