My name is Cat and my beautiful best friend Taylor and I filmed our reaction to hearing Taylor Swift's new album Lover for the first time!
We are huge fans of Taylor and funny story, we actually met because of her during the 1989 era. We had so much fun reacting to the new album together - we will be attending Lover Fest East and West in July 2020 and can't wait!
Note: we skipped ME!, You Need To Calm Down, The Archer and Lover as we had already heard them in the lead up to the album release and wanted to film our first reactions to the brand new songs on the album! We also didn't share our reaction to Soon You'll Get Better as this one hits hard, so out of respect for Taylor we did not include it.

If you haven’t found out yet, Death By A Thousand Cuts is based of the Netflix movie Someone Great Taylor watched, cried and had dreams about experiencing for a week and then wrote the song. In a radio interview with Elvis Duran she told the story about it and added how she mentioned the movie in her Ellen interview. Then the writer/director emailed her and told her how the movie was based on her own breakup and while moving across the country 1989 was she listened to, mostly Clean.

I’m with you Cat. After my first time through lover I had the strong feeling that not only is this her best album, it will take its place among the greatest albums in poplar music history, up there with Sergeant Peppers, Pet Sounds, Divide, Rumors, The Fame Monster and Teenage Dream. ❤️

this is the best reactionn Ive ever seen so Far Thank youuuu ,I watched like others reactions saying that she's not singing in the album, it's too long 'some songs don't fit in , she's making a clown out of herself .This kind of comments rlly got me mad like could you just stop but you know wut haters gonna hate ,I m gonna shake it off and shop you reaction lvy so much .Dont rush but this album is her best for me too it's just too personal and we know all of wit she's talking about you know she's always telling stories.I lvy guys .
