for those curious about what some of the new guns are based on: Cypher - TKB-022 Feng - Ultimax 100 War Machine - PAW-20 (at least mostly) all these guns are actually pretty obscure so it's cool seeing them in a game for once
No way a game is finally adding the TKB022PM (Cypher) 😂 It's such an obscure gun and only a few prototypes were made. Russia tested it vs the AKM and it's something like 40% shorter with the same barrel length, and it was much more accurate under automatic fire too. They only rejected it because it looked too weird, the reloads were a little awkward (it's a bullpup people always complain about that), and they were worried the plastic might not hold up. If it was made today with modern materials it would be awesome
Not the mention the magazine is all the way back of the gun. There's litterly no place for a firing mechanism. I also jokingly call it the comically bullpupped assault rifle.

Not entirely sure if the full auto will be a mag attachment or a fire mod, if it’s a fire mod then unfortunately it looks like we can’t combine rapid fire with it. Nonetheless I am excited for a full auto AEK!
I haven’t been playing cod in a while and in the old days you had your base game and then you had to pay every 3 months for dlc ( new maps) So all this “free” content is amazing to me I read all the negative comments but for me as a casual gamer I think the game is a lot of fun Just recently discovered that zombies has a lot of depth and also loving that
The key is that you haven't played in a while. A lot of the people complaining have invested so much of their time, money & personality into the franchise. So understandably, they've ruined the enjoyment for themselves. I'd stay a casual gamer if I were you. Don't start roaming around the content rabbit hole or you'll fall down it with the rest of them

Glad to have new Red Perks that aren't Slot 1. I like the Enforcer bonus. But the only perk I really find useful is Scavenger. I use Assassin and Bankroll as a requirement.
bankroll isnt bad. stack it with strategist and then run scout pulse - uav - couter uav. you get all your streaks super fast and essentially have a UAV the entire time if you can time your scout pulse and uav well.
@@brianwarner9106 I do that with my support class. LMG with launcher. All green streaks with Bankroll added via the Perk Greed Wildcard. For my main class though I use Gunfighter so I can stack attachments on my XM4. Then use Red Perks for my Enforcer.
From looks of it. It seems like the chypher 091 is based on the tkb 022 prototype ar. A weapon I never expect to be in any call of duty game. For the rest I'm mostly excited for the new zombies map and the underbarrel crossbow. I'm happy that we still have still have some kind of aftermarket feature in this game.
The war machine this year is the most cursed fictional weapon design coming out of 3arc yet imo. It looks like someone tried to violently smash XM25, PAW and QLG-06 together without thinking of anything else
No kidding, I was waiting for the MGL or the MMI grenade launcher like in Cold War. Super disappointed to see the abomination they gave us after seeing the hand cannon wasn't a desert eagle or .500 magnum.
I remember having to wait six months to play that map grind back when exclusivity was a thing and Microsoft got all map packs first that people have forgotten actually happened lol
Part of me wishes the hard hitting, slow firing MP40 would've been the fan favorite SMG for zombies. We have a ton of fast firing SMGs already with the SAUG, Kompact, etc. Also slipstream should've been a quality of life setting vs. a red perk. Having crutch perks is one thing but having too many crutch perks is another. Oh well, at least we're reunited with the FAL once again.
Having multiple crutch perks is perfect, look at the older cods such as bo1 and mw3 almost all the perks in those games were either amazing or respectfully usable. It added a lot more variety having to pick between two amazing perks that best fit your play style instead of nowadays where it’s just “hey you need this perk one specific perk at all times or your fucked” kind of gameplay

For example if you want to deal with the inflated score of scorestreaks, dispatcher or bankroll are a must for earning anything past a strategic bomber on a regular basis. Now you've got slipstream which fixes the issue of tac sprint doubling your sprint to fire time. Shouldn't have to base an entire class to fix issues with the game. Would be much better if you could choose your type of sprint in the settings. Same story with choosing kill streaks vs scorestreaks to deal with the problem I mentioned before.

it seems like they are doing a good job of bringing new and engaging content to the game. NGL I was pretty skeptical about this years COD, but I do not regret getting it so far, even though I was late to the party
Sounds like they are really trying to keep the players happy with MP. I know WZ brings them tons of money, but these are the kinds of updates the actual player base deserves. I hope they stay true to their word and continue to address hackers, and work on ricochet to catch them IN THE ACT instead of AFTER reports.
I think there’s been a realization they have to put their core game first over warzone. They’re def putting more effort into multiplayer and zombies than warzone this year
Solid amount of content; i just hope the maps are good. I only play gunfight since there aren't 25 angles to check before moving. Skyline and Hideout are decent but i can't stand playing any of the other ones. Also, i'd like to see attachments that can make the 9mm PM, GS45, and Stryder full-auto, like the CZ-75 in BO1.
9:54 Yeah I’m glad it’s not at the level of MWIII with their AMP system (which had some goofy or gimmicky stuff in it). It should be a bit more grounded than that.
I like the flyswatter wildcard idea for my dedicated anti-air/lmg class. Could still have a side-arm, and could be fun in niche situations ie: bunch of people on B flag, shooting up into a window on Nuketown, etc. I wouldn’t give up using a 4th perk on most classes, but I like the variety.
I am actually so pumped for the Cypher and PPSH. Hoping to see even more retro weapons in future seasons. One of my absolute favourite builds right now is the model L STG44. Feels and looks outstanding. The cypher though looks sick as hell.
It definitely looks like a super promising multiplayer update and a treat for the Zombies community, the game has enormous potential and just needs proper updates and fine tuning around the areas you mentioned in your sugesstions video, so I'm optimistic that over the seasons it'll end up turning into one of the best Cods in a long time, especially with (hopefully) additional improvements to the servers and better anti-cheat. Regardless, I'm already having a great time with the game as is :)
If you want a prime example about how the Call of duty community is brainwashed this is the comment. How is this at all? A huge amount of content? Yet again, we get two 6v6 maps at launch with one that's going to come in a couple of months, A strike map which yet again is completely useless besides people that like grinding camos. An average amount of guns that yet again you don't get all of them at lunch. This is less content than probably every single modern warfare 3 season
Great season. 5 maps, 4 guns (including the PPSh-41 and it’s good that we have some real names for guns in this game) and I’m glad the Ice Staff is back for the new Zombies map.
Happy for the number of weapons and the type of weapons. All type of weapons I like to use. Season 2 seems to be fun hopefully the seasonal pass has cool stuff and operators.
Aaaah the FN Fal, my favorite weapon in COD (Shot them several times while in service). It's interesting since technically have a bullpup FAL in the Goblin mark.
Just gonna complete all of season 2 and then take another break from the game, unless they tune down SBMM and improve their servers don’t see myself with BO6 long term
I just want something for quicker reloading 😭😂 like the magazines doesn't really feel that "quick" on reloading. Just reducing the magazine size honestly sucks
I hope we'll eventually get full auto mods for the SIG/SWAT, RMC/Goblin, and maybe even the AR-10/DM-10 too. But very hyped to see full auto for the AEK and hope the rate of fire will be properly high.
As long as there are no changes to matchmaking and as long as there is no option to disable crossplay in Unranked, they can do whatever they want but nothing is bringing me back to BO6!
I love using pistols and I'm not super fond of having to switch to another class when a chopper shows up, even using high roller w/ sam turret to mitigate the issue, so that Flyswatter wildcard looks good to me. Still holding out hope that we'll get a burst pistol (or a burst fire attachment for the Grekhova) at some point.
I am very happy to see grind return, such an excellent map. The other maps… have me concerned. The first word that comes to mind is “porous” by the looks of all of the clutter on the overhead views. I hope I’m wrong!
@ I just don’t understand why there needs to be a whole separate map pool. Stakehouse is like the premiere farming garbage map, you can have that and nuketown for your grindy bits and leave it. Is face off really that popular or a mode?
Im super excited for season 2. More maps, more weapons, more mod variety, more perks, weapon stat revamp, less player collision? all I wanted from an update. Onlything that I think is confusing at the moment is the semi auto marksman rifles. If it takes more than two shots, why not use the ar goblin instead? Insane ttk, 3 shots, better mobility.
They should add a playlist that combines a combo of strike and regular maps that the community enjoys so we have more variety in matchmaking. Its sad that i only play faceoff and dont have the option to play both types of maps in the same matchmaking process
Just throw face off 24/7 into your quick play filters with the normal modes! You get the face off maps a little less often than the normal maps but it still mimics what you are asking for. 😊
At this point in time who ever is designing the maps just needs to be fired. I know we haven’t played them yet but those blueprints of some of the new maps in next season look terrible! Why can’t we get a Med-Lg size map that actually makes sense! At this point in time I’d take Miami back!!
I think Grind is a great choice. With the new omni-movement it should be super fun since that map is loaded with half pipes and tunnels to slide around.
I never played the "newer cods" mw19-mw3, so i might be a little ignorant in regard to attachments being seasonal events😂😂. But as someone who really enjoys bo6 i cannot wait to get more guns nebula/darkmatter. Abuse the ppsh. And learn the new recoil for a full auto AEK. All in all this season looks dope. I dont play warzone and i play on xbox so all these peoblems people been having have not affected me. This is a top 3 cod in my eyes
I love slow-firing weapons so this season I will definitely be returning to the game. I just hope I get less packet bursting than in S1.. it's what caused me to stop playing in the first place.
Honestly I think the weapons feel very very balanced as is. Like I can take any one of 10 different guns in and not feel like I'm at a disadvantage. They're going to definitely ruin some things with these "balance notes" fixing something that isn't broken.
For a game that’s really lacking in good quality maps you’d expect the devs to make adding a lot more high quality maps a priority. 3 core maps in an entire season isn’t enough.
So I do like seven finishing moves a match and it sounds like that Star hunting mode is specifically for me. Also, probably one of my biggest frustrations as someone who runs around these maps with a knife is going to run through an entryway and having a teammate run through at the same time and collide with me knocking me off course. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched this get both of us killed. The thing is, I’ve got my field of view maxed out already. Really glad they noticed that this was an issue.
YOOOO IS THAT THE ULTIMAX!? That’s one of my favorite guns in existence! I don’t think we’ve seen it in a game since… Ghost Recon Wildlands or Battlefield 4? And hey the FAL? And that cursed creation? Not a bad roster!

Feng 82 is based on the Singapore Ultimax 100; the slow RoF and a relatively long receiver match the gun. 82 is also the year Ultimax got adopted by Singapore military
I want to LOVE call of duty again. I got diamond on ARs this year. Then POE2 came out and it just is a more fun way to spend my time. If EOMM was so good for them, why are so many of us quitting.
Finally fixing the teammate collision detection. Too many times I can’t get through a doorway or opening, cuz a teammate is standing in the way. And it's annoying being moved off to the side or off course while running around the map.
All of this is great and I’m very excited for season 2. But I’m still sad that we don’t have a revolver. It doesn’t even have to be super amazing like a 357 or a 44. But I just want one in the game. But then again, a hard hitting pistol would be dope.
I wish they would do more 90s weapons over ww2 stuff like the PPsh, keep that for its respective game. Give me the Vektor H5 pump action sniper for my 90s game.

@@bushmonster1702 I imagine if you use the right attachments they will. This perk only affects your regular sprint getting a boost. But removes Tac Sprint. So any attachments that help Tac Sprint would be useless then.
I'm really curious to see how they plan on balacing it alongside the Goblin, Tsarkov and DM-10 and how they plan on making it stand out. It was amongst my favorite in BO2 so I'm definitely excited for it!

As someone who plays very anti streaks (Sam turret/ interceptors, EMP...) since MW3 (2011), the flyswatter wildcard is a gift from the heavens!
I gotta say in all my hrs of bo6 I've never seen, not even once, an interceptor streak get called in. Completely forgot it was even in the game 😂

Great season. 5 maps, 4 guns (including the PPSh-41 and it’s good that we have some real names for guns in this game) and I’m glad the Ice Staff is back for the new Zombies map.

Happy for the number of weapons and the type of weapons. All type of weapons I like to use.
Season 2 seems to be fun hopefully the seasonal pass has cool stuff and operators.

Aaaah the FN Fal, my favorite weapon in COD (Shot them several times while in service). It's interesting since technically have a bullpup FAL in the Goblin mark.

I just want something for quicker reloading 😭😂 like the magazines doesn't really feel that "quick" on reloading. Just reducing the magazine size honestly sucks
Hoping the PPSH and FAL are good and fun to use, both those guns are classics
9:39 really enjoy how they are incorporating BO4 operator mods to new weapon attachments
I hope we'll eventually get full auto mods for the SIG/SWAT, RMC/Goblin, and maybe even the AR-10/DM-10 too. But very hyped to see full auto for the AEK and hope the rate of fire will be properly high.

As long as there are no changes to matchmaking and as long as there is no option to disable crossplay in Unranked, they can do whatever they want but nothing is bringing me back to BO6!
they said there will be an option to disable CP in ranked later in S2
I love using pistols and I'm not super fond of having to switch to another class when a chopper shows up, even using high roller w/ sam turret to mitigate the issue, so that Flyswatter wildcard looks good to me. Still holding out hope that we'll get a burst pistol (or a burst fire attachment for the Grekhova) at some point.

I am very happy to see grind return, such an excellent map. The other maps… have me concerned. The first word that comes to mind is “porous” by the looks of all of the clutter on the overhead views. I hope I’m wrong!
My only concern is that I wanted all the new maps at least medium size. I’m soo done with all these strike/small maps 🤢
@ I just don’t understand why there needs to be a whole separate map pool. Stakehouse is like the premiere farming garbage map, you can have that and nuketown for your grindy bits and leave it. Is face off really that popular or a mode?

Im super excited for season 2. More maps, more weapons, more mod variety, more perks, weapon stat revamp, less player collision? all I wanted from an update. Onlything that I think is confusing at the moment is the semi auto marksman rifles. If it takes more than two shots, why not use the ar goblin instead? Insane ttk, 3 shots, better mobility.
They should add a playlist that combines a combo of strike and regular maps that the community enjoys so we have more variety in matchmaking. Its sad that i only play faceoff and dont have the option to play both types of maps in the same matchmaking process
Just throw face off 24/7 into your quick play filters with the normal modes!
You get the face off maps a little less often than the normal maps but it still mimics what you are asking for. 😊
At this point in time who ever is designing the maps just needs to be fired. I know we haven’t played them yet but those blueprints of some of the new maps in next season look terrible! Why can’t we get a Med-Lg size map that actually makes sense! At this point in time I’d take Miami back!!
I think Grind is a great choice. With the new omni-movement it should be super fun since that map is loaded with half pipes and tunnels to slide around.

I never played the "newer cods" mw19-mw3, so i might be a little ignorant in regard to attachments being seasonal events😂😂. But as someone who really enjoys bo6 i cannot wait to get more guns nebula/darkmatter. Abuse the ppsh. And learn the new recoil for a full auto AEK. All in all this season looks dope. I dont play warzone and i play on xbox so all these peoblems people been having have not affected me. This is a top 3 cod in my eyes
I love slow-firing weapons so this season I will definitely be returning to the game. I just hope I get less packet bursting than in S1.. it's what caused me to stop playing in the first place.
I plan on using the Flyswatter perk for my anti-aerial class, because I'm assuming it allows you have two launchers.
Honestly I think the weapons feel very very balanced as is. Like I can take any one of 10 different guns in and not feel like I'm at a disadvantage. They're going to definitely ruin some things with these "balance notes" fixing something that isn't broken.
More tiny maps, wonderful
For a game that’s really lacking in good quality maps you’d expect the devs to make adding a lot more high quality maps a priority. 3 core maps in an entire season isn’t enough.
So I do like seven finishing moves a match and it sounds like that Star hunting mode is specifically for me. Also, probably one of my biggest frustrations as someone who runs around these maps with a knife is going to run through an entryway and having a teammate run through at the same time and collide with me knocking me off course. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched this get both of us killed. The thing is, I’ve got my field of view maxed out already. Really glad they noticed that this was an issue.
YOOOO IS THAT THE ULTIMAX!? That’s one of my favorite guns in existence! I don’t think we’ve seen it in a game since… Ghost Recon Wildlands or Battlefield 4? And hey the FAL? And that cursed creation? Not a bad roster!
I refuse to believe Dealership was play tested and approved for release. 100s of explodable cars? We did that with Santa Sena and it was awful

The feng 82 looks like the stoner 63 from bo1 one of my favorite guns in that game!
Feng 82 is based on the Singapore Ultimax 100; the slow RoF and a relatively long receiver match the gun. 82 is also the year Ultimax got adopted by Singapore military

I want to LOVE call of duty again. I got diamond on ARs this year. Then POE2 came out and it just is a more fun way to spend my time. If EOMM was so good for them, why are so many of us quitting.
Finally fixing the teammate collision detection. Too many times I can’t get through a doorway or opening, cuz a teammate is standing in the way. And it's annoying being moved off to the side or off course while running around the map.
9:27 we had kind of a binary trigger in Mw3 as an aftermarket part / conversion for the semi auto shotgun
(not sure if you said we did or we didn't see it in Mw3, sorry)
All of this is great and I’m very excited for season 2. But I’m still sad that we don’t have a revolver. It doesn’t even have to be super amazing like a 357 or a 44. But I just want one in the game. But then again, a hard hitting pistol would be dope.
I wish they would do more 90s weapons over ww2 stuff like the PPsh, keep that for its respective game. Give me the Vektor H5 pump action sniper for my 90s game.
Ya doesn’t make sense having the game take place in 1991, and then adding a firearm that was 100% obsolete in 1991, and had been entirely replaced in the Soviet military by 1960.

That hunter's instinct perk seems really powerful for a tier 2 perk. Should be a tier 1 perk instead of gungho
I'd like the ability to bind pistol to a key, so I only swap between primary and Melee.
A lightweight perk in this game will be bonkers.
Lightweight exists in here but it is part of the stocks. Kinda like how Steady Aim has become a laser sight.

@@bushmonster1702 I imagine if you use the right attachments they will. This perk only affects your regular sprint getting a boost. But removes Tac Sprint. So any attachments that help Tac Sprint would be useless then.

I'm really curious to see how they plan on balacing it alongside the Goblin, Tsarkov and DM-10 and how they plan on making it stand out. It was amongst my favorite in BO2 so I'm definitely excited for it!
