Hola! Entiendo que se puede de ambas formas. Nosotros intentamos de llamar para hacer reservaciones pero no nos contestaron. Optamos por llegar y comprar las taquillas allá luego de muchos intentos de hacer reservacion. Espero que esto te ayude!
