Sometimes you come across a mic that you really don’t have much for expectations but when you try it you are pleasantly surprised. This is exactly what happened when we test the Lensgo Wireless Mic LWM-318C Single Lavalier Lapel Microphone. We were absolutely shocked at how well this little $100 microphone from Lensgo performed.
The Lensgo Wireless Mic LWM-318C Single Lavalier Lapel Microphone is a mic that is following the style of the Rode Go in that it can be used along with a Lav mic or on its own. The one very cool feature of the Lensgo Wireless Mic LWM-318C Single Lavalier Lapel Microphone is the magnetic attachment to its clips as well as the included wind muff which makes the Lensgo Wireless Mic LWM-318C Single Lavalier Lapel Microphone such a great option for outdoor recordings.
The only thing that we found is that the Lensgo Wireless Mic LWM-318C Single Lavalier Lapel Microphone claims 50 meters of distance and we were noticing some audio concerns when we were about 15-20 meters from the source. Still amazing for a mic of this price.
As of now, we would completely give the Lensgo Wireless Mic LWM-318C Lavalier Lapel Microphone a big thumbs up!

The magnetic feature is great.
Yes I was pleasantly surprised with the sound quality. Didn’t expect it to be as good as it ended up being. Definitely didn’t get the 50 meters but was more than acceptable with in 10-20 meters. And totally agree that the magnetic feature is a great bonus. Very well thought out.

Looks like an overall winner. About the magnet click, might be used as an audio/video sync device, like using a slate. Just a thought.

Hi, I just bought the mic few days ago and thought maybe you could help me. Whenever I film with it I get a super annoying high pitch noise, it's so loud it's unbearable. Sometimes the noise is there, sometimes it isn't. Do you have any questions what could be the problem? Thank you in advanve

The sound was really good and the mobility it provides is a great advantage. Doesn't fit my needs though.

Hey Bro nice review, I need your help with connecting it to my iphone XR it is not working, i could be wrong but the iphone is not recognising it as a mic... any ideas ?
are you using the correct cable? make sure you have the trrs end in the phone.
@@gregtoope wow thanks for the reply, so i have plugged the 3.5mm into an adapter then the adapter into my phone as the XR does not have a 3.5mm input like older iPhones, instead it has the newer apple input.
any ideas ?
@@1888Christopher just make sure you have the correct end in the adapter. It’s the jack that has 3 rings. Not 2 that goes into the phone. They are different.
@@gregtoope i did bro i tried on my ipad which has a 3.5mm port, and it worked are you sure this will work with new iphones that dont have 3.5mm ports ?
