I’ve had this washer for ages, finally decided to download the app in the hope I can turn it on from bed or even when I’m out. Well that was hopeless! As you need to press the start button on the physical washer!! Oh Samsung how very disappointing!
You have to turn on the machine and click “smart control” on the machine. It will then populate the “start” button the app. I hoped I could find a way to start it without doing that but no luck yet

Did you figure out how to start it from the phone? I’m having this trouble 😣
@@FinleyAlice it doesn’t support mobile start. All we can do is send settings (like whites, bedding etc) to the w/machine. Its not soo smart
