Vietnam's Spiciest Breakfast? Eating Bun Quay in Phu Quoc

Do not eat "Bún Quậy" any more! It has only MSG, not from any meat, fish... I'm Vietnamese, I know what they made! You should eat like Bánh Canh, Bún Bò, Phở or seafood...

I thought that it was possible to make the chili mix without MSG or do you mean it's in the soup? I was told the soup is made of seafood? It was very tasty though but i guess thats what MSG does! I love banh canh and phở but surprisingly I've never had bun bo hue! Next time I will though!
