    How did you make the dash say your name?

      The dealer programmed it in for me when I purchased the machine.

    Sounds sweet I'm thinking about doing the same. Thanks for the video so we could hear the rev.

    Feel any performance gains at all? Looking for ways to add some pep to my 4 seater.

      Joe Wilson no major performance gains. Maybe a little if at all. It’s about like any other fuel injected machine these days. You’ll probably need to upgrade the air filter and add a fuel optimizer to get these things to add power with an aftermarket exhaust. I can tell you you won’t hate the sound at all. It’s a one of a kind sound and you’ll be different than anyone else.

    Do you know the estimated decibel output this exhaust has? The trails I ride are limited to 93 or 94 dB. It sounds amazing!

      I can get that for you tonight. It’s definitely a lot louder over stock. Not so much at idle compared to full throttle.

      Joshua Brunscher that would be much appreciated! Thanks!

      J A checked this and it looks to be between 85-95 at idle. I don’t have the best microphone in the world so I don’t know how accurate it is. I can tell you one I revved it up enough at idle it goes way over that. In the 110-120 dB from outside. In the cab it’s around 100 dB. Pretty loud over stock

      Joshua Brunscher thanks man I appreciate that! I’ll be getting tickets left and right from EPO if I run that haha. Sounds really good tho! 👍🏻

    Hey on your Honda rancher custom headlights how did you get the lights apart? Did you heat them in the oven?

    • @brnschr
      @brnschr  5 років тому

      Shadow Collins I actually didn’t pull the headlights apart. There is just enough room under the headlight to install forward facing led strips. They’re very slim and you can’t even see them. I bought them off of eBay. White PC Board forward facing led strips is what they’ll be called. Just use the 3m backing to install them. Wire them up how you like👍

      @@brnschr OK thanks man. I'm doing a retro fit flush mount led pods in mine. I'll just have to bake the headlights.

    Bet is sounds better under load

      Definitely! It has a sound that I've never heard out of a Can Am. I've had an Outlander and a Maverick XC before this one is different in a good way.

    I sure liked the looks of that windshield. Gonna go pick up my new 19 sport today and I know the first thing extra I’m gonna need to buy is a windshield. Awful chilly test drive yesterday. What kind of windshield is that??

    • @brnschr
      @brnschr  4 роки тому +1

      terryjensen72 this is the Can am power lift windshield. Its made to fit with the can am roof as well. The windshield has electric actuators that are controlled by a switch on my dash to open and close it. Its pretty sweet. Can am also sells stationary full and half windshields too. Myself personally I always prefer factory over aftermarket. Its really a personal choice.

      Joshua Brunscher ok, thanks. That mite of been u I seen in a video earlier showing the windshield and cold weather kit. I’m probably gonna order a non opening windshield when I pick it up today. Pretty expensive compared to yr average automotive windshields in my opinion. Looks like can am has 3 to choose from. Thanks

    Did you have to go with an ecm flash or tune to run the exhaust?

    • @brnschr
      @brnschr  5 років тому

      I did not. According to the dealer I bought the exhaust from and Can Am, this exhaust has enough back pressure to avoid requiring one. I'll keep updates on that over time, but so far so good!
