@NaughtyLlamas Check your facts, this is before Seattle (which I think was March 28th or something like that). At this date, Danny was clean and sober before the show. I interviewed Ben on the tour bus and Danny remarked to me that it sucked being clean.
Coming from both a musicians point of view and also an audio engineer, They don't play it so that every instrument comes in at once and it hits harder. more impact to the audience
The only impact it had on me is "Wow, these fools must be so awful at their job they can't play their own fucking intro!" - Sorry, that was blunt but jesus, even I could play that intro, it's so unbelievably easy... All this editing and adding backing tracks just cheapens an experience that people are paying money for. I'm old fashioned I guess, but that won't change :)
Phil Kasafir I respect that, but coming from both a playing musician and an audio engineer, that's what is best. yes it is easy and they could play it but they chose not to because it ruins the effect it has in the actual studio recorded version.
If you ever have heard the song, the drums are quieter and low quality then the song kicks in. You can't replicate that live unless you use a recording, bud.
the whoke point of a live show for me is that it's supposed to be just that :) but yeah fair enough, sorry if I came across harsh I just get easily frustrated by these kinda things

It takes sacrifice if you wanna sound good live, good vocals require a good healthy voice. Not hating, i love asking alexandria, its just the truth, this video is obvious proof that he can do better than what he has done.
I know it's quite a while ago now but it still the same tour but they played Nottingham Rock City when I went to see them with Chelsea Grin, Blessthefall & With one last breath and Danny was pissed out of his twat i'm not sure about the others but he definitely was. But they put on a good show and made some good music that's all that matters right ?
