    Popping pills😅 well ...yes ...my daughter must take painkillers when she has her period 😢 .....we try hotwater bottle and simple rest in bed but have no other clues what to try more . Any ideas ? ❤

      I dont know if it’s gonna work the same with your daughter, but for couple of months now, I have lesser pain when I don’t eat anything. Once I start eating, the pain starts to kick-in. Working out helps lessen the pain. Also, dawn suggested in her past video bio pads helps as well. Not sure if it helps. 😊

      Does she have endometriosis? She may actually need the meds the pain can get really bad with that condition.

      @@bri3449 we checked that but for now , no she hasn't and neither any other visible inconvenience . However ....impossible "survive " first 2 days without medication 😥

      Oh dear..I remember those days. I had to also pop one pill a month on every first day of period or I won't be able to go to work. In Chinese medicine, they say to keep the womb warm so no cold drinks but I tried that and it didn't work. In Ayurveda, it is believed that when there are toxins in the body, it will hurt. I really don't have much of an idea but I find switching to organic pads and eating well (enough nutrients and still no icy drinks) and movement, helps. Also, REST.
