I truly enjoyed this tour. Very impressed with Dean's knowledge of his products & his enthusiasm. The Wonder has many neat features that are practical for every day living. I love Mike and Jen's videos and their love for their dog.
HOW WONDERFUL! You know I couldn’t resist! It truly is beautiful and so very practical. Congratulations on your new borrowed Wonder B+. I really enjoyed the tour! Dean is so very knowledgeable and fun! Thanks for sharing all your knowledge and adventures with us. I’m always looking forward for the next update......
The elephant in the tour??? Hello, am I the only one that's excited that the 2020 all-new design MB chassis is already passing thru the Leisure Travel assembly line. Very exciting stuff.
Excited abut the updated, multiplex electrical system. Not a fan at all of moving the closets under the bed. What a hassle having to lift the bed every time I want to hang something up or grab a jacket.
Thanks for taking us through the factory tour. Wow! Dean really is good to you guys. Can’t wait to see more of your wondering. I see I have year’s worth to catchup on.
I really like that the factory guy was very knowledgeable about literally every facet of the production process, the equipment fit, the layouts, etc, and genuinely enthusiastic too. It was clear to see that these vehicles are built to very high standards and that the company has invested in both staff and factory. Their retention of quality control by manufacturing as much as is possible in-house was also good to see. Overall I was very impressed with what I saw, especially their vacuum bonding systems. Other than those very personal choices regarding layout, colour schemes, fabrics, etc, I conclude that were I in the market for a travel cabin of this size, I would be putting this manufacturer high on my list! Edited to correct spacing error.
Thank you for taking us through a RV factory. It was very informative and interesting to see how they’re put together and what goes into the production. Great channel.
This tour was awesome! Boy makes me want to check out a B+ van now for sure ! Can’t wait to watch your adventures and see what Dean has in store for you in Utah!!
I had never heard of LTV. I've been looking at some much more expensive vehicles and decided I should look for something that had the dual purpose of every day use. I mean at least I think a 25' van would be more city worth than a 45' bus. Just started looking for this smaller vehicle. I'm so far impressed with the company that this man has put together. They do it all, seemingly with a lot of innovation and attention to detail despite being born of an assembly line. I'm impressed.
We're so glad you found us! :). You can compare our product lineup over at leisurevans.com/ if you're interested. We highly recommend seeing these in person at an upcoming RV show.
I couldn't agree more. I work in production and customization of premium trucks in Europe. I'm used to see factories and production lines and I really like this factory. I'm genuinely impressed by the quality these guys deliver. The fact everything is done "in house" is a very big plus. It's also nice to see how they deal with the Mercedes rules for chassis bodybuilding. To me this proves these guys have quality in their DNA. Keep up the good work!
You both are amazing people!!! Thanks so much for the great tour of the plant. If you are ever in the Southern California neck of the woods feel free to drop on by, we'd love to show you around our town of Riverside!! God Bless you both and be careful on all your adventures. Thanks again, Alan.
Hi. I loved this video. We have the Unity TB 2018 and are full timers and just love it. In this video Dean said they haven’t been able to get ink stains out of the ultra leather. We had an ink stain on the back of the drivers seat. I sprayed it with some aerosol hair spray and wiped it off immediately. The ink stain was removed and the Ultra leather was not harmed. I learned this trick a long time ago and hope it helps. Maybe dean can experiment on a scrap piece of ultra leather at the factory to verify the results. Also, between our batteries, solar panels and generator all of our electrical needs are easily met, even when Boondocking for a week or more at a time. Happy trails! Victoria Hagerman
Hi, Mike and Jennifer. My wife and I like the Leisure Travel Wonder twin bed. Two things I'd like to change: Lithium batteries instead of AGM and a 2000 W inverter. Can those changes be made to the LTV?
This Has to be one of your best videos. Thousand watt inverter, not so much should be more, but sufficient. When are these builders going to figure out that USB ports need to be down low just like a plug is in a sticks and bricks wall. When you’re building it from scratch that’s an easy fix.
I really enjoyed your video. I am seriously considering exactly that RV. I'm hoping i can find a used one in a couple of years when I retire (2021). I'm looking forward to your future videos!! Thank you!
WHAT A GREAT VIDEO ! - Well this closed the deal for me. FYI: I've been a Master BMW for over 30yrs and " OCD " as well - everything has to be perfect and a certain way. I tried to find a flaw in the construction and materials. I could not. Everything was more than required and the design seems extremely sound and solid. I'll be seeing you soon. Cheers.
I replaced my 2017 Unity IB inverter with a 3000 hybrid. I also had installed battle born lithium batteries and AM Solar put them under the back seat of the drivers seat. So, their inside the RV. This is my first winter with them and everything is great? I also removed the flat panels and had 650 watts added to the roof.
Jody which Leasure B do you have? I have been trying to decide if I will do a Van build or go this route. I have dogs and will be on the move during winter months as well. So I need to be sure I have heat and air to keep it comfortable or in case. Thanks
@@LucysVanAndale If you are getting a Leisure Travel Vans RV and has pets (I got a cat) , I'll suggest you get 2 Fantastic fans. I set both on slightly different auto-thermal so that one will kick in at a set temperature and the other will start at a higher temperature. As for heating, you need not worry. A full tank of propane will last about 2 weeks (my experience at below freezing is it'll use 5%-6% of the tank per day if you insulate the driver cab area and all the windows). However be aware if you run the heater all day, you'll run out of battery power if you do not charge them up. Do not buy propane generator if you intend to boondock as the propane runs out fast. Get a diesel generator instead.
@@klu7499 Thank you, yes I am in the planning stages and hope to make a decision by the spring. I have also looked at doing a van build but don't know if that will be room enough for us. I have been in dog rescue for several years and am now just needing to go enjoy the adventure of traveling. My dogs must be able to come with me. Thanks for the input.
Very good video! I was very impressed with the build process. I currently have a RT210P....but I think if I live long enough (and can afford it) an LTV will be my next home!
The Wonder will be at the top of our budget but looks like every penny worth. I would be tempted to switch the house batteries out to two 200AH 6 volt batteries? Does it come standard with a gen? I would still be tempted to bring a portable small gen just to save on the LP. Would love the Diesel Gen but the price is huge.
One thing I've noticed on some of your models is the lack of a curtain separating the driver area from the rest of the van. IMO, that is part of the privacy of having an RV van.
curious to your views of driving the larger vehicle versus the previous "standard" chassis of the Roadtrek. Seems simple enough since the width of the vehicle is minimal.
My heart melted every time I watched the Unity tb 2013 video, it was the perfect model for a minimalist. Like their vans but over the years their models get bigger and bigger. What would be a perfect model for someone who needs it only for vacation/weekend trips?
The best RV are made in Canada 🍁😄😄
Dean is the best salesman ever ! I enjoy every video he made ! Nice plant tour by the way :)
Dean is the King of RV Presentation...what a Pro!
Outstanding video! Amazing insight into a great product! Looking forward to buying our Unity when we move back to the USA from New Zealand.
I love Dean, the salesman he's the best and very entertaining! He's the only sales man, that I actual watch the whole video!
I truly enjoyed this tour. Very impressed with Dean's knowledge of his products & his enthusiasm. The Wonder has many neat features that are practical for every day living. I love Mike and Jen's videos and their love for their dog.
This guys enthusiasm for his product is infectious, hard not to get excited about them.
One of the better factory build videos I have ever seen.
Excellent Tour! I love the Leisure Travel Vans. The Murphy bed in their vans is such an awesome feature. Happy Valentine's Day!

"That's a nice little feature to have" - ahh I love it when Dean get's in his sales mode. Great video and tour of LTV!
I always love watching Dean give a tour! Makes me wanna buy a van and I don't even live there!
hands down - best factory tour ....
Just bought a 2018 FX so excited they hold their value very well! Congrats on your 3rd LTV!
This is a great video. I've watched a bunch of Dean videos presenting the Leisure vans before stumbling across this tour video. Nice!
WOW! This is a really well thought out and designed RV. Like he said, it's a 19 ft house. I love this!
Thanks for taking us through the factory tour. Wow! Dean really is good to you guys. Can’t wait to see more of your wondering. I see I have year’s worth to catchup on.
Best LTV factory tour that we have seen and it was very informative.
I love your videos. Excellent vehicle. I definitely want one!
Thank you so much for the kind words!
Love Dean..he knows his products! Love those vans!!!
1/2 way thru had to stop video and say....this is such an awesome video. WOW!!!!
Amazing video, answers so many questions, thank you both, we will subscribe to your channel for more info.
Outstanding video!! Loved it!!
Very interesting that I have seen the RV manufacturing in Canada 🇨🇦
Dean is the most knowledgeable salesman ever..Thank you for the tour and info..Thank you for the video. Have a blessed day..
Thank you for showing us the other RV options AND the great factory tour. Dean has the kind of enthusiasm I LIKE to see,

Great tour! A great Wonder too!!
Fabulous! My Unity Twin Bed finally coming in May! So glad you are still planning to report "on the road" for us!
You are so fortunate! My dream, if not the Wonder RTB. Enjoy.
Wow, great insight into the quality that you build into the LTVs. I’m sold! Can’t wait to get one.

Very cool, Dean does great videos of the Unity and the Wonder.
I love LOVE the Leisure travel RV's they are so beautiful. Even the old ones from 90s can be bought and used and the quality lasts!
Aug 2022 when I retire hope they still make the RTB Wonder for 2023 This is what I need. Great video.

I can see why you bought one, Mike and Jennifer. That’s a very impressive operation! A Unity has just topped my list!
GREAT tour, having worked in the Quality Field in a assembly plant for over 40 years I see NOTHING but quality in that plant.

Great video, learned a lot about Leisure Travel Vans, and great it is Canadian
Thank you for this tour I love these RVs and will be buying one this year. Sorry it was so cold.

The RTB floorpan is GENIUS!! Excellent use of space and tremendous storage. Haven't seen another floorpan to beat it!

This model is the one that I want for my family. Waiting to see if the Transit becomes a diesel.

Great work. You’re in a class by yourself...
What a cool video! I love your videos ❤️
I have long felt that LeisureTravel has the best of these types of motor homes. I have little doubt you'll come to appreciate their touches.
Will you do a PW visit?
