We have similar problems with DA too, there will be 40+ in the arena and only the big guys are trying to hold or rally anything/chase caravans. It's frustrating as hell to lose by small margains like that
You didn't notice sirius must have been watching you in the background,scouted as soon as you activated atk boost.
It may help to separate are fillers into sections on DA map “quadrants “ so majority of their marches only stay in one quarter of the map instead of all over the map .
“How about someone else leads the call as I overtalk people” as he talks over John…. That was hilarious
We also have near 10k DA points. We have 5 to 6 battalion set for all DA all lead have to ask only that. And we divided map into 3 parts and like 1 part people will not join others territory rally. And leave some max leads for caravans

i play DA on 8 accounts, Mike, on 3 devices, pc and 2 phones. 70b guild and we won against 140b yesterday, we have no mythic champ, they had 5-6. we dont do weird comps, we dont send full inf march, the most important thing is to fill fast so we send what we want - 947, 866 whatever - people, including myself with all accounts, send as recommended. 1 click. and then speed troops. rally leaders just post in chat - refill 866, refill 424 and thats it when they need refill....in rest they click as recommended. losing 100k from your leader march is more acceptable than having half filled rallies or less
if people dont have full t5 as the rally leader, it will just adjust the 866 comp to the t5 troops that you can send, but it will respect the comp which is very important

I am the rally lead for our guild and I have all of my comps set and it’s honestly so much easier. It’s easy to do as 60/40 t5/T4 and if people want full T5, you hit 0 for Inf, then click t5 Inf, then repeat for each troop. Takes 3 clicks and swapping each t4 to zero as it fills the only room that’s left. It does help and make things easier for people to join quickly
I saw people in your guild uses there free da boots and then they waits for other to speed there marches that's a small point but big point is when there troops goes to infirmary they don't want to heal them. As we saw you healed 5 to 6m troops but your guild mates just want to use there troops and after ending that they just watch
I also had a lot of fun this arena, burning t4 players with t3 lol

Well our da was bad there was a Chinese guild using all t5 bots like about 15-20 war bots lol their fills were insane

My guild lost DA by 3K points... The fvcking caravan glitch is so irritating....
Less 10-15 sec to end the arena 20-25 seconds caravan ,.. Suddenly caravan hits the fort and my guild lost..
