I had that issue once, turns out it comes from assigning the same texture to too many things at once. You need to duplicate the texture file and assign a separate version to different parts of the model. So if you have one texture for everything, instead of assigning it to the whole mesh, make 4 copies of it and assign one to the head, one to the body, one to the hands and one to the feet. Keep splitting it until the blur lines stop.
