It means you should not use raw milk. It should be boiled at least once and after that let it get to room temperature or even u can keep it in refrigerator to decrease the temperature that is chilled milk which u can use for making smoothie

It's because you are using lukewarm/hot/room temp milk. Fruit curdles in milk like that. Must be ice cold. Add ice when u blend so it becomes frothy and nice.
